Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 BĂ€dern befindet sich im beliebten Solana Resort, in der NĂ€he des Publix-Supermarkts und der Restaurants. Es bietet Platz fĂŒr bis zu 8 Personen und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zahlreiche Resorteinrichtungen und einen Kinderspielplatz.

Unsere schöne und gerĂ€umige Villa befindet sich auf einer Ebene und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Wohnzimmer und zwei Essbereiche. Der formelle Ess- und Wohnbereich an der Vorderseite des Hauses, der mit der KĂŒche verbunden ist, ist eine FrĂŒhstĂŒcksecke und ein Familienzimmer, die auf die Poolterrasse fĂŒhren. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad und ein Junior-Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad. Die beiden Zweibettzimmer teilen sich ein weiteres Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen zusĂ€tzlich zum Familienzimmer ĂŒber einen Fernseher.

Die Garage wurde als Spielzimmer mit Tischfußball und Billardtischen eingerichtet.

Einer der großen Vorteile des Solana Resort ist die Sicherheit, die es bietet, da es sich um eine 24-Stunden-Wachgemeinschaft handelt. Es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr und die Einrichtungen des Resorts stehen ausschließlich den EigentĂŒmern der Villa und ihren GĂ€sten zur VerfĂŒgung.

Summer Vacation

This one level home is spacious and inviting. With a family of 5 traveling we never used the formal living and dining room. My teenage son enjoyed hanging out in the family room with adjacent table. The rooms were decorated nicely and everything was clean and not cluttered. The pool was awesome with Hot tub. I spent everyday in the hot tub relaxing after a long day at the parks . The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and not far from attractions.

Disney Vacation

We had an amazing time. The house was very clean and it has everything you need just as if you were at home. The neighborhood is gated and very quiet. The younger adults played pool in the garage and we all swam and enjoyed the hot tub after long days at Disney. The house is about a 20-30 minute drive with the traffic and about 9-10 miles from the Disney Parks. Plenty of restaurants and a Walmart 4.9 miles away. There are beach towels by the pool door which is convenient with drying racks outside. Check the kitchen for seasoning before purchasing. There are packets of sugar, mustard and ketchup packs in pantry. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Highly recommend.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!!I

We take an annual vacation to Florida and always stay in a VRBO and this one is one of our favorites EVER! This year we brought our son and daughter in law with us and they loved it too!Oustanding level of communication and fast response time for any questions we had. Supernclean, well equiped kitchen and everything is in proper working order. Very nice gated community with security.The pool area was clean, completenwithbsome fun water toys and the lighting for night swimming was really cool!We would stay here again without hesitation. Good area

We stayed at this house for 13 nights (myself husband and two teens). It was a great location because it wasn’t far from the Disney Parks, close to Walmart and a few fast food restaurants which was convenient. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was clean, we didn’t have any issues with bugs as we did previously in a couple of house properties we stayed at before so this was HUGE to us that the owners took pride in making sure they kept up to date with pest control. The only issue we had really was the dryer didn’t seem to be drying our clothes and as much as both me and my husband did to try to change the settings on the dryer, it would only blow out cold air onto the clothes, so we ended up having to hang up most of our clothes to dry in the laundry room which was a little inconvenient . Other than that, everything was fine. The owners were very quick to respond to my messages and they communicated very well. The only thing that I would recommend would be, was to maybe get newer bedding (duvet), just because it was white, I feel like you could notice every little speck of dirt that was on the duvets, I would maybe get something more colorful just to brighten up the place. But that’s just my opinion, Great home owners and would recommend to others :)

We loved this house! It was close to Disney and Universal which were are main targets for this stay. My girls loved the pool and hot tub. The house was big enough that we weren’t on top of each other and everyone had their own space. We received a message from the host midway through our stay to make sure we were enjoying the house and that everything was going okay, which was very thoughtful. This is a great family house!

An Amazing Experience

Our family had an awesome experience at Susan and Rick's property. It was a much shorter drive than we expected to Disney, and we spent our non-Disney days hanging out by the pool. The house had everything we needed plus more. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time!!!! The house was very family friendly and in such a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub made such an enjoyable way to wind down a day. It is in great proximity to anything you want to do. We went to Universal & Outlet Mall Shopping. I would DEFINITELY recommend this house.

Relaxing Getaway

Susan and Richard were welcoming right from the booking confirmation and were wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They are some of the kindest hosts we’ve encountered through VRBO. The home was well kept and provided the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. We spent a lot of time in the pool relaxing and playing games. They offered several pool floaties which was nice not to have to buy everything. They also had several pool towels. The beds were comfortable and the space was great for our family of four. We visited during a heat wave which made the games in the garage difficult to take advantage of. The community area was always very quiet when we went to play mini golf, use the exercise room, and pool. Staff in the community area were also very kind and helpful. We love to visit new places, but if we find ourselves back in the Orlando area, we’d love to stay again!

House as advertised. Close to all attractions/shopping or stay and play at the pool or community center. Plenty for everyone to do. For those that like to cook, it was nice to find a house with decent cookware and sharp knives. And if you get the opportunity you can see Space Coast rocket launches from the back yard. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at several homes over the years in the area. This was by far the best. The owners were amazing to deal with. Communication was excellent. We only had one question and the property manager was easy to get in touch with. The property was exactly as described and more. We really appreciated the little details. The resort is lovely and even over a busy holiday week it was quiet. Access was easy to food, stores and attractions. Thank you for being so accommodating. We hope to book again, soon.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was very clean and close to Disney. We enjoyed the pool almost every day we were there. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We recieved fast response with every question we had. This was our first trip to Florida in many years and we have no regrets. Great house with lots of room

The house is a great size and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub the most. The hosts were very responsive and helped us out right away with a couple of issues that arose while we were there. We realize this is a "self-serve" property, we just missed a few of the essentials like salt & pepper or spices in the kitchen. Overall, it was a great stay!
