Fantastic 4 beds at Paradise Palms Resort

If you’re looking for Paradise, you found it... Spacious, beautifully designed, and decorated, this 4-bedroom has three spacious bathrooms, perfect for larger groups or those who are looking for more space. This Villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Its large living room has comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and a dining room that can comfortably seat 6 people. A modern kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils and equipment you need to prepare your meal.

There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunkbed (a single bed over an and a full-sized bed).

If you’d rather be outside, do what people do the best in Florida – relax by your privately-screened-in heated (optional) splash pool on the provided sun loungers. When the intense Florida heat gets too much, relax under the covered lanai where you can relax or entertain on the patio with a great barbeque for you and your guests.

Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are not allowed at Summerville Resort.

Self-Catering Home

This property is self-catering, and we provide a welcome kit to get you started:
1 paper towel roll
1 dish sponge
2 dishwasher detergent pods
1 small dish detergent
2 trash bags (in 2 trash cans)
1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom
1 mini set of toiletries

This kit is designed for your comfort upon arrival. Please plan to visit a nearby supermarket to purchase additional items you may need for your stay.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with fresh sheets and towels provided (note: washcloths are not included).
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if desired.

Online Purchases

USPS does not deliver to vacation homes; packages will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, Amazon, and FedEx deliver to the property.
We are not responsible for issues with online deliveries. Please reach out with any questions.
