Mornings start easily here - coffee in hand, plans forming around the dining table, and the promise of another fun-filled day ahead. When you’re ready to slow the pace, the house offers plenty of room to spread out, reconnect, and unwind at your own rhythm.



The home

This entire home in Four Corners, Florida sits within the guard-gated Champions Gate Resort, about 10 miles from Disney. Built with large groups in mind, it accommodates 16+ guests across 9 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, with sleeping space for up to 24 guests. The layout places 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor, while 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs, giving groups a comfortable balance of shared and private space.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with 1 king bed. Upstairs includes a mix of sleeping options: one bedroom with 2 queen beds, one with 3 queen beds, three bedrooms each with 1 king bed, and two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided, and family-friendly touches like a crib and Pack ’n Play are available.



Living, dining, and entertainment

The main living area is designed for gathering, with generous seating for movie nights or downtime between outings. A dedicated game room adds another layer of fun, featuring a pool table, game console, TV, and sound system. Dining is easy with spacious indoor seating, complemented by an outdoor dining area just steps away. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and shared meals.

Step outside to enjoy a private pool and hot tub, available year-round and clearly noted as not heated. The patio is set up for relaxed afternoons with outdoor furniture and a grill, while the backyard offers an open, grassy space typical of resort homes.

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities. Enjoy the resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and the public 18-hole golf course with driving range and clubhouse.

Self check-in with a smart lock, free parking on premises, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and laundry facilities make longer stays comfortable as well.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
