Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there is two bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also, a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor.

GUEST ACCESS
Be our guest! All guests have exclusive access to this entire property, private pool, and all of the clubhouse amenities at no additional cost except for the golf course (discounts available).

To get in, you will be at the security gate, checked ID and provided with a guest pass for the duration of your stay. You will need to provide us names so we can register you with the security gate.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The surrounding area is a residential gated community. Guests will have access to all Oasis Club amenities complimentary. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the resort or area!

If you're looking for a vacation that will create lifelong memories, look no further than Champions Gate. It features a resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, fitness center, a tiki bar and a movie theater, along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.

Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. And, if you're lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag, and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun.

For those interested in hitting the links, there's golf! Champions Gate features an 18-hole golf course.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
The House is Self-Catering and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags), Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• Free parking spots in front of the house, and additional parking spaces on the street (first come, first served).

• We offer complimentary WIFI.

• Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• We offer a propane BBQ grill. There will be a $35 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.


PACKAGES DELIVERY
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

POOL HEATER:
• We offer pool heating for an additional $30.00 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
