Beautiful home in upscale and desirable Highlands Reserve Community, featuring a beautiful golf course, playground, community pool and located just off US 27 and only minutes away from Walt Disney World and all other attractions this is your perfect home to enjoy everything the "Disney Area" and what Orlando has to offer!

Besides the amazing location this home features an ideal floor plan with high ceilings, tiled formal dining and living room areas, as well as a spacious and tiled kitchen/family room layout with double sliding doors to the oversized and screened pool deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in the heated pool/spa. The first floor also features a queen bedroom with shared access to the pool bathroom for your convenience. The indoor laundry room is also located on first floor.

The second floor has a huge master bedroom (king sized bed) and bath offering dual, split vanities, garden tub as well as an enclosed and spacious shower stall. Additionally, you will find three other guest bedrooms (consisting of a queen sized bed and 4 twins) as well as two other guest bathrooms for your convenience. The ample landing/loft will provide you with a wide array of opportunities to make it your own. This home comes completely furnished and ready for your family to make endless memories while soaking up the Florida sun.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
