15-20 minutes from all theme parks like Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Seaworld, Aquatica and other famous themeparks. Plenty of community parks & lakes nearby.

This rustic inspired home has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Offers a cozy and nostalgic feel with a modern living twist suited for 8 guests maximum.

The master’s bedroom has a queen sized memory foam mattress & spacious walk-in closet with ensuite walk- in bathroom.
A computer desk with director’s chair for business & pleasure with a leather lounge chair included. Please message for extra guests-may accommodate up to 8 guests per request.

There are 4 bedrooms. Master’s Offers a queen-sized soft memory foam mattress in one of the bedroom. The second bedroom offers Queen size bed. The third bedroom has full size memory mattress with a little nook window for a comfy downtime afternoon reads. The fourth bedroom offers full size soft memory mattress on a wooden sleigh bed. In the hallway is a full bathroom with shower tub.

The living room just like the family room has a rustic but elegant ceiling light featuring 3 kinds of lightings. It has futon sofa, leather ottoman & 2 vintage chairs for guests to have fun with board games or just perusing a book or just for a little relax time.

The cathedral ceiling dining room has a solid wood elegant long table suited for 8 guests complete with matching dinnerwares.
There’s a buffet table for extra tablecloth supplies.

The kitchen features new quartz countertops & island table with 4 velvety chairs. It is fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials but not limited to cookwares, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc. Plenty of coffee cups & mugs with complete sets of eating utensils included.

The family room is spacious with cathedral ceiling & rustic inspired modern light & ceiling fan. Leather sofa & chair for comfy time with 65-inch TV & free Roku channels. Plenty of boardgames & chairs for playtime.
The fireplace is for display only.
There’s a lanai with wooden patio set for afternoon coffee or tea with family & friends.

Spacious driveway to park oustside. Please no parking inside the garage.
Washer & dryer unit inside the garage.
There’s a security camera in front of the home for security purposes.

This home is conveniently located in a neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of the city yet a short drive to any adventures Kissimmee, Orlando & Lake Buena Vista has to offer.

Garbage collection ** every Friday morning-please place Brown Lid bin Thursday night in curb side street.

Recycle collection ** every Thursday morning- please place Blue Lid Recycle Bin Wednesday night in curb side street.

We allow pets, however pet owner is responsible for repair and damages caused by pet and stains left behind. Contact host for details. $150 pet fee.


Make sure you have all your belongings with you. We are not responsible for any lost and found items.  We will try our best to return any item belonging to you that you have left behind but you will have to cover the cost of shipping as well as cost of sending someone out into town to drop off the item.  We will do our very best to help you but we make no guarantee. Double check all your belongings before leaving.
