Whether you’re work-home, traveling, spending some weeks with your family, or just can’t wait to be back to the normal life but want to be at a safe and self-recreational house, we welcome you to ours!

Please be advised:
We’re very sorry to inform that the hot tub has been removed. An irresponsible guest damaged it :(
But don’t worry! Club house has a cornered-peaceful jacuzzi as well!

VRBO owner expecting quality at VRBO rental definitely was a huge disappointment

My husband and I are VRBO owners here in Florida. I can not believe the condition of this unit. We were a party of six and there was only 4 towels so we had to go out and purchase more towels. The comforter in the room with the twin beds smelt like body odor and like it had not been washed. The furniture was not only poor quality but looked like something from a second hand store. The beds were not comfortable at all. The unit itself was not clean and there were several places in the ceiling that looked like there had been a leak of some sort. I took photos as this was not what we expected at all. When guests stay at my unit, it has new clean tile, new beds, and comfortable bedding. It also has a book of instructions for frequently asked questions as well as a completely stocked kitchen with all of the cooking as well as the small appliances. It seems to me that the person that has this unit does not care about the condition of the unit or amenities. My family should have found a different VRBO altogether. It definitely was not what we had expected at all. For the monies we spent we definitely could have found a cleaner, nicer rental to stay at.

Great resort and unit - highly recommend

We spent 2 œ months in the unit, greatly enjoying our entire stay. We likely will return in the future. The resort is large, is maintained immaculately, and has great security. The clubhouse area is stunning and contains many activities, including a children's play area. The quality of the resort was evident by the many repeat renters we met that spoke glowingly about the resort. It is located a short drive from Disney, restaurants, and shopping. The beautiful Shingles Creek Regional Park (great bike path and kayaking) is just a couple miles away and can be reached by bike. The layout and size of the unit is both comfortable and inviting, especially for a lengthy stay. The furniture/beds are functional and comfortable. The kitchen is nice and is well appointed. The dining area and table can comfortably seat 6. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher work well. The cable service is excellent, and the Internet speeds are acceptable, even for streaming. The patio area is comfortable. Importantly it has a southern exposure, which provides great morning and afternoon sun, should you wish to sunbathe in your backyard. There is no hot tub on the patio, which is no issue because the clubhouse has a great hot tub and, like many rentals in this and other resorts, there typically is an upcharge for an individual unit's hot tub and pool use. The heater for the clubhouse pool was not functional during our stay. Our understanding is that it has always otherwise worked and will be replaced in the fall, changing from an electric to gas heater. Regardless, we greatly enjoyed the clubhouse pool. However, if you plan to stay in late summer/fall of 2022, and if pool use is a priority to you, I suggest you investigate when the pool may be closed. Fernando was extremely responsive and attentive, despite us not having any issues. The check-in and check-out processes were great. Besides contacting Fernando, the clubhouse is staffed for most of the day and security is available 24/7 if an issue arises. Just a couple nit-picky, insignificant comments. Like most rentals, the unit could use a little TLC. Nothing that prevents your full enjoyment and comfort. It would be great if there were more towels and washcloths (both bath and kitchen) available, especially for a lengthy stay, or those with a larger party. Also, some worn cookware should be replaced. Again, the unit and resort are great, and we would gladly stay again.

The property was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The amenities including the pool were nice. The communication was fantastic. This was a really nice way to spend time with family without being into close of quarters.

Property was beautiful but we had to be moved from our original property without all the (perks) because of the original property we had booked had not been cleaned. The pool was not able to be used and we had to go buy trash bags for the new property.

Amazing!!!

The property was very nice to stay at. Centrally located to all the major parts of town. The resort is cleaned, taken care of properly and family oriented. The owner is amazing and quick to resond. What issues we did have while staying here were fixed within hours. Don’t pass up this property if you have the opportunity.
