Ideal for a family or group of friends looking for the ultimate Orlando experience. Come and enjoy our world-renowned theme parks, restaurants, golf courses, attractions, and night life. You also receive free access to the community pool, hot tub, and gym. You've just found the perfect simple getaway in a city bursting at the seams with entertainment.Â
The Space
Relax and enjoy this recently updated and modernized apartment. Definitely will meet all your family's expectations. This home features three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with modern furnishings. Spacious living room with a brand-new sofa bed and a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxation. Other amenities such as WIFI, towels, iron and iron board, washer and dryer for your added convenience. This wonderful apartment offers you a vacation of a lifetime with tremendous value for your money.
Other Things to Note:
No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respected the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.
No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. Weâve made this process fully digital so itâs simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Hereâs how it works:
After booking, youâll receive a short online form to complete.
Youâll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, weâll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the cardâsimilar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, weâll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7â14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
