Very competitively priced for a home of his quality, this well appointed condo offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

Lakeside is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom second floor condo in the very under-rated, but equally attractive, Oakwater Resort. With 1427 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic!

But there is denying what the real highlight is here, and that is an unobstructed view of the beautiful Oakwater Lake, such a tranquil setting, which can be enjoyed from your own private patio. Very few units in here can boast that, though there is much more to Lakeside than just the view. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped.

Thoughtfully furnished throughout, recently renovated in most rooms, style is very much the name of the game here. This is a very spacious condo, decorated in pastel shades, and featuring nice touches like marble counter tops, mahogany cupboards, stainless steel appliances, modern furniture throughout. Space has been used so well that even though this is only a 3 bedroom unit, it both looks and feels much bigger and has everything you could need. It sleeps 8 people comfortably, and though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 6 we can accept 8 here due to the two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom.

Talking of the bedrooms, in this home they consist of one King size master which has full en-suite facilities, a Queen size room, and the bunk bed room which has 2 sets of twin beds, serviced, along with the Queen, by the second full bathroom directly opposite. The King and twin bedrooms have cable TV, the Queen has a fire TV. We should add too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay, another great feature offered in your home from home.

Lakeside also enjoys a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 8, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto the private patio furnished with a table and chairs, from where you can enjoy the view over the lake and all the wildlife that it attracts. Facing East, you can enjoy the gentle sun in the early morning, when the lake is arguably at it's most stunning, perhaps enjoying a spot of breakfast as you prepare for your next adventure!

To the front of the property is the entry way, which leads to a flight of stairs that you would have to negotiate to get to the second floor where the living space is. We mention that in the name of full disclosure as those who have difficulty with stairs may not find this condo a good fit. For everyone else though it is a great option and has many things to recommend it, not least of which is a private one car garage and a driveway to park your car!

Lakeside has proven itself to be incredibly popular with our guests over the years for reasons that are clearly apparent, which just emphasizes why this is such an excellent choice for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax, to those who just love nature and want to engage their senses in this great setting.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

*Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
