Our beautiful 5 bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious community of Sunrise Lakes, making this an ideal location for your dream Orlando holiday. With over 3,045 sq ft of living space our two storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing. The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms (comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults), 3.5 bathrooms, two large separate dining areas, two seating areas downstairs (a spacious family room overlooking the pool area and a airy living room at the front of the villa), a further seating area upstairs , a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, flat screen televisions with cable and DVD players in every bedroom and lounge area, Playstation 2,  a gamesroom, and a 15 x 30 ft private pool with pool furniture, all looking out over the lake at the rear of our property.

The bedrooms are a King bedroom, a Full bedroom, a Queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

FREE WIFI and safe to keep your belongings. We are a child friendly villa with alarms on door to the pool area. We also stock high chair, crib/cot, travel cot, bouncer, stair gate, stroller all free of charge to make this feel like your home away from home.

*PLEASE NOTE: The pool area is available to you throughout your stay for your enjoyment. You are able to heat the pool for $35 per day if you wish. Please ask for pool heat when booking. Thanks.*
