* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, recreational
vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted at Solara Resort.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heat is optional. The temperature will not exceed 95F and will
not work efficiently in cold weather.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and only heats when the pool is
heated at the same temperature.
* Trash should be placed in the plastic bin daily to maintain
cleanliness.
* No daily housekeeping service is included; mid-stay cleaning can be
requested for an additional fee.
* Online purchases using USPS will not be delivered; only UPS, DHL,
and FedEx deliver to vacation homes.
* Additional charges may apply if the owner needs to repair or pay
for additional cleaning services due to non-compliance.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary
vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an
additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles,
complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through
the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to
be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been
registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time
24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted
re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are
communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
