* No parties or loud activities are permitted. Violators will be
responsible for extra cleaning charges and may be asked to vacate
the property immediately.
* Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $120 fee per pet.

Use of Amenities

* The pool/spa heating service is available for an additional cost
and is for the entire stay only. Note that the property does not
have a hot tub; the pool jets are air injected, not heated.
* Pool towels are provided. Guests are requested to take care of them
and leave them on the property.
* BBQ grill use requires prior notification and a $65 fee for setup
and cleaning.

Parking

* Parking is free but limited to designated areas only.
* The property has parking spaces for 2 or 3 vehicles, depending on
their size, as long as they do not block the sidewalk.
* Vehicles parked on the street are subject to fines or towing.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, recreational vehicles,
or watercraft are not permitted.

Trash Collection

* Valet trash pick-up is available from the doorstep after 11 AM,
seven days a week.
* All waste must be bagged and tied; loose items will not be
collected.
* Needles or other sharp objects should not be included in trash
bags.
* Cardboard boxes must be broken down.

Shipping Policy

* Use the property address for all deliveries. The resort does not
receive, store, or hold packages for guests.
