Emerald Island Resort 172 has 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can sleep
up to 14 guests. Inside you will find an open-plan living and dining
area, fully equipped kitchen, game room and comfortable bedrooms.
Outdoor highlights feature a private pool, hot tub, sun loungers, BBQ
and alfresco dining. This home is situated in the Emerald Island
Resort, a prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate
at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a
fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and
beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will
benefit from access to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and
three different children's play areas.

Please be aware that a non-refundable Resort Access Fee is charged at
$20/vehicle (plus tax) upon arrival at this resort. A minimum charge of
one vehicle applies, and a maximum of five total vehicles are
permitted.

An additional, mid-stay cleaning fee will be required for reservations
longer than 28 days in length.
