The lanai and pool deck faces slightly southeast, so take your morning cup of coffee out back and enjoy the sunrise before the shimmering pool. The dinner table in the covered lanai seats 6, so why not have breakfast al fresco? There's is Propane BBQ on property, where you can cook up meals for poolside enjoyment, several sun loungers, and a spillover spa where you can soak your limbs after adventurous days spent perhaps at one of Orlando's many theme parks. Outdoor living is part of the Orlando lifestyle - Enjoy!

The grand room living area has a nice comfy sectional sofa facing a large wall-mounted TV, and behind it, a separate lounge area with chairs and a coffee table. The fine dining table seat 8, while the large kitchen bar has 6 stools for additional seating. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped so you can cook, store, and reheat food during your stay.

The garage has been fully converted to a game room with a movie theater section seating 6 and a bar with 4 stools. It also includes an Arcade Legends Game, Air Hockey, and Foosball. The loft has a Napa Valley Wine theme with a wine bar, pool table, and TV.

The home has three bedrooms with king-size beds and two kids' rooms with two twin beds in each. All of the bedrooms have their own private TVs. A separate laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property does have a BBQ; however you would be required to supply your own propane.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
