Wenn Sie nach "Astonish Me" -Qualität in Florida suchen, sind Sie gerade perfekt gelandet. Die Five * Belgravia Villa hat einen eigenen nach Südosten ausgerichteten Swimmingpool mit Spa und einen erweiterten Terrassenbereich von insgesamt 1850 Quadratmetern. Luxuriöse Pool- und Terrassenmöbel, großer Gasgrill für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Für unsere amerikanischen Gäste stehen über 300 Kanäle digitales Kabelfernsehen und unsere englischen Gäste alle Premiership Games und European Cup Games auf unserem 42'-Plasma zur Verfügung. Zusammen mit kostenlosem WLAN-Zugang und kostenlosen unbegrenzten Telefonanrufen in die USA, nach Kanada, Großbritannien und Irland. Wir sind wunderschön positioniert, um alle Attraktionen des Themenparks bequem zu erreichen. Die Belgravia Villa bietet kostenfreien Zugang zu Magic Kingdom, dem Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, den MGM Studios, den Universal Studios, Wet 'n' Wild und SeaWorld. Wir sind etwas mehr als eine Autostunde von der Ostküste entfernt. Und Golfern wird es in dieser Region nie an Originalität mangeln - es gibt nicht weniger als 125 Golfplätze innerhalb von 40 Autominuten von Orlando.

Wir haben ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit Bad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Wir haben auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer und weitere 2 Zweibettzimmer, wir haben auch ein Bad / Dusche und WC im Obergeschoss und im Untergeschoss haben wir auch ein halbes Badezimmer, das aus WC und Waschbecken besteht. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kabelfernsehen und Nachttelefone und Lampen, alle Schlafzimmer sind nach höchstem Standard eingerichtet. Unten haben wir eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esszimmer mit den neuesten elektrischen Geräten. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Poolbereich. Die formelle Lounge ist mit einem 3-Sitzer- und einem 2-Sitzer-Sofa zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet und das Familienzimmer verfügt über 42 Plasmafernseher und DVD-Player sowie HD-Kabelfernsehen. Play Station 2, Es gibt auch ein Ecksofa, ich habe unten alle Gegenstände im Haus aufgelistet, die während Ihres Aufenthalts völlig kostenlos sind.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. The home comfortably accommodated our party of 20 for our Thanksgiving Celebration. Warm and welcoming

Home was as advertised, safety features easy to use and felt secure, pool was beautiful, comfortable beds with hot showers. Stayed in January so it was chilly for Florida but enjoyed the outdoors as much as we could. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful accommodation close to local shops and disney parks. Steve was very helpful providing info before we arrived and also checking everything was ok when we arrived. Only a 20 min drive to universal studios (which was brilliant)would stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous clean home lots of room

This house was spotless, and owner was available for any questions. Pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and every room had clean and comfy bedding. Washer and dryer and game room were a plus. Great home for larger family in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney parks.

My family and I came up to the Orlando area for a mini vacation and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Belgravia Villa has all the comforts of home, plus some! Absolutely Gorgeous Home

Perfect family home!!! Very spacious with plenty of room for a large family, also perfect for a small family. Beautiful pool and a fun game room for the kids . The home is very Clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It gives you the feeling that you are at home, as it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I will definitely return as this is the perfect house, with very accommodating owners!! It exceeded our expectations!!!

Quiet and peaceful

House was great and we enjoyed the stay. It was clean so nothing negative related to the house and cleanliness. The neighborhood streets were narrow and cars parked along the street were somewhat frustrating. Backyard was in a loop with 5-6 houses that joined, so not much privacy if that’s your thing. Shopping and restaurants were within 20 minutes driving and theme parks a little further out, but we wanted to be away from those crowds.

Great place! Every bit as good as the pictures!!

Scheduling and payment was simple. The owner provided all sorts of details via email before I arrived. There was also a binder with everything you'd need to know about the house and area included. We were close to all attractions and there were several places to eat at close by as well. The property was well maintained and very clean. The pictures were accurate and we loved the ease of use the house provided. We wished we could have spent more time there relaxing as it was a great layout. We'd definitely recommend this to friends and it will be the first place we try to schedule when we return to Florida.

Family trip to Disney

The property itself was amazing! Heated pool was a nice way to relax, although we didn't use it enough for my taste. We visited to spend time at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom parks. The traffic was horrific no matter the time of day! While this house is close (less than 15 miles from the parks) traffic is constant and our trips there and back were usually 45 minutes to an hour. If you are going to Disney parks, you might want to consider a closer option; however, if you are visiting Orlando or don't plan to spend the whole time at Disney, this house is a great option. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool is nice - and heated. Communication with property owner was excellent; I really felt Steve cared that our trip went well.

Lovely villa, great residential location and within easy reach of amenities, supermarkets etc.The villa found to be spacious and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Showers were found to be hot and powerful compared to other properties we've stayed in!Good communication with the host who was available to answer our questions while we were there. Had a few maintenance issues that was flagged with the host, including the pool not being up to a comfortable temperature for at least [4] days of our stay although the jacuzzi was lovely. The issues were attended to by host/management company promptly,,but due to our itinery we didnt then have the opportunity to really utilise the pool. Heating fees were refunded. Please note the pool heating is run off a Heat Pump and the [timing] is provisionally set/controlled by the host between 8:30am to 5:00pm and the jacuzzi is 24/7 via a manual time switch on the pool wall. However, when the jacuzzi is in use this temporarily overrides the pool heating. The maximum time the jacuzzi can be also utilised is 55mins [via the timer] which manually needs resetting.As others have mentioned, the aircon temperature appears to be locked so we couldnt turn it below a set point of [73F] which we would have liked to do as the weather [for December] was hot on several days, particularly on the front on the property which is West facing.In general, thank you for a lovely stay!

Very Pleasant Stay!!!

We just returned from a trip to Florida and Disney World. We stayed for 7 days (my sister and her husband rented for three days after that) at this lovely home. Steve, the owner, was absolutely wonderful!! He was VERY prompt in getting back to us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He gave us a whole packet of information for the area restaurants and free parking at Disney World. His communication, instructions and directions were very thorough and helpful. The home was very clean, beautiful and spacious! The pool was warm, fabulous and enjoyed by us all. The home is located about 15- 20 minutes from Disney World (depending on traffic and which Disney park we were going to). Sea World is also about the same distance as well. The Gulf Coast (St. Petersburg) is about 90 minutes from the house and Cocoa Beach (on the Atlantic side) is about 60 minutes from the house. The house is located in a nice middle class neighborhood and very easy and close to get to the major I4 highway that takes you pretty much everywhere. We would definitely rent this house again. Wonderful, spacious house with pool.

This lovely house had everything required for ourselves and our three teenage kids. The pool was brilliant for an early morning dip and for chilling out after a busy day. The beds were so comfortable. There was plenty of space for us all with TV's in each bedroom and living room. Free WiFi and free calls to all landlines both in the US and at home. Playstation and a selection of games and DVD's, as well as a pool table, air hockey and darts for the kids. They were thrilled. In fact they hardly wanted to leave the house. We had to bribe them with theme park tickets or a meal out to Get them to leave. We had spent almost three weeks travelling the southeast states and this splendid relaxing rest was just what we needed. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful holiday. We like to thank Steve and Wendy for sharing this lovely house with us. It was beautiful, immaculately clean, relaxing and felt like it was ours. The caretaker, Malcolm was always on hand to answer any queries that we had. A perfect house to end to a brilliant holiday. Thank you, Steve and Wendy.
