This house is incredibly close to Disney World, Universal, Sea World, and the Orlando Airport! Located in Storey Lakes, Orlando's premier resort, we have wonderfully themed bedrooms (perfect for kids!), a game room, and a patio and pool.

The Space:
--BEDROOM
Our house is unique in the Orlando resort area. While most other homes only offer two or three themed rooms, every room in our house is themed. This means our guests don't have to compete for a themed roomâthey only have to decide which one to choose!
Be sure to explore our wonderful bedrooms from Star Wars to the World of Harry Potter, perfect for letting kids imagination run wild! To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have modern and stylish bedrooms with luxury mattresses and designer decorations:

- We have baby gear, including cribs, baby stair gates, and high chairs! (crib sheets and blankets are not included for safety)
- Up to 22 people can stay at our place comfortably

We have a beautiful private heated 22 by 12 ft pool with a lake-view for you to enjoy. Want to relax a bit? We also have luxury patio dining/sofa set and pool lounge chairs. We also have a hot tub included along with a pool basketball net and floaties! We also have a 55-inch backyard flat TV for you to watch your favorite shows while in the pool. Enjoy your private oasis!
If you are looking for more indoor fun, we also have a neon themed arcade game room! Play Foosball or pool with your friends. Throw it back to the 80s by gaming on our arcade machines, We have everything from air hockey to pinball! Make baskets with our ESPN basketball game or watch the latest shows at our TV lounge.
We also have a karaoke area, complete with drums and speakers!

â Free gas BBQ grill (propane not included; guests are responsible for providing their own propane).
Other Things to Note:
--One of our property managers has a severe allergy to dogs and cats, and we've also been informed by some guests of their severe allergies in advance. In order to prevent serious allergic reactions, we kindly request that pets are not brought into the house. Guests who disregard this policy and bring pets will be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
--We offer a complimentary initial supply of essential household items, ranging from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, washing powder, etc. Due to variations in booking durations and individual preferences, we cannot specify the exact quantities guests may require. For extended stays, we suggest acquiring additional supplies based on your specific needs.
--Washing machine & drying machine are in the house
--Baby friendly (we have high chairs, cribs, and pool child safety nets!)
--We are unable to provide baby crib blankets and bedding due to hygiene reasons.
--There are no monitors within the house; however, we have Ring monitors installed at both the entrance and by the pool. Please note that both the pool heater and air conditioning machine are also under surveillance by cameras. We do not actively monitor the footage, but it may be reviewed if an incident occurs or if requested by law enforcement.
--We include a child safety net for the pool.
--The HOA stated that upon guests' arrival at the gatehouse, officers are required to collect a valid driver's license from the driver.
--You cannot fish in the lake because there is a family of alligators.
--If you require baby items, please inform us in advance. Let us know the number of babies in your party and specify the items you need, such as a high chair, crib, Pack 'n Play, stroller, etc.
--If you plan to buy something online, please note that only FedEx and UPS deliveries are allowed into the resort. USPS is not permitted.
--Our stroller is a basic model, so it might not be as comfortable as your own or one you rent. We only provide this specific type of stroller. You can view a picture of the stroller in our listing. The maximum weight capacity for this toddler stroller is 45 pounds. If possible, we recommend bringing your own stroller or renting one for added comfort.
House Rules:
--No loud noises after 10 PM - the HOA may evict you without a refund if it is too loud.
--No smoking or pets.
--Please do not overload the washer/dryer.
--Please refrain from bringing glass items into the pool area.
--Do not use bath towels in the swimming pool area.
--Do not move furniture.
--Do not touch the pool or A/C equipment.
--Close all doors/windows and turn off the lights when you leave.
--Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70°F.
--Don't leave loose trash. All refuse should be placed in 13-gallon bags, which we will provide. Guests are responsible for any loose trash fines imposed by the HOA.
Swimming Pool Rules
-- Please enter and exit the pool slowly.
-- Please do not bring glass in or near the pool.
-- Please no diving, running or horseplay.
-- Please do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or if you are ill.
-- Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
-- Please ensure that the baby fence around the pool is securely closed. It is essential that all children are supervised by adults while in the pool area.
