Themes include a Jungle Cruise powder room, Harry Potter, and Peter Pan, as well as a Pirates of the Caribbean themed bathroom…perfect for every adventurer.

Spend your vacation at our Magical Themed Home in Encantada Resort. Enjoy the Floridian sun in the resort swimming pool complex featuring a zero-entry pool as well as an additional pool with a jacuzzi. You can also take a relaxing stroll or power walk on the walking trail near the lake or go for a good workout in the fitness center with weights, treadmill, and bikes. Amenities are complimentary for all guests to use.

Please avoid wearing dirty or muddy shoes in the home.

Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

Pet and smoke free home. Additionally, as this home is custom themed, any missing and/or broken objects will be charged a replacement fee for the full market retail price plus 30% designer fee.

There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
