Excellent stay!

Check in got off to a rough start, however the property owners were extremely prompt in fixing the issue. I didn’t receive the instructions for check in which wasn’t a huge deal. The owner’s responded in 5 minutes of sending a message. The pictures live up to the expectations of what is provided. For a family of 4 we need SPACE, and this offered us just that. Now let’s touch on the amenities, they were beyond outstanding! The pool, playground and waterslides provided our kids with lots of things to do if we were not attending the parks! They also offered other things for example there was a balloon animal time frame, there is food/beverage at the pool and they are super friendly and opened late! Overall, our family was very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

great location

Good location for those visiting Disney, very short commute. The outlets need to be replaced in the apartment as they all seem to be loose/worn out. The bed needs to be replaced as there are very bad dips on either side in the master. Having at least one handicap toilet would be nice, both toilets are the old school round bowls.

Manager was nice I ad a question he was prompt with getting back to me!!! Whoever the cleaning crew is needs to be fired or held responsible for not keeping his property cleaned. I’ve stayed at this location for 9 years straight and I have never had to walk in the door and immediately start to clean. The unit needs some upgrades. My problem was the cleaning crew!!

Do not stay here!

This property was filthy! The condo was showing many many signs of disrepair. I should have checked out right away and refused the stay however I didn’t want to be stranded.. I have photographic evidence of the disgusting condo. There is black mold, broken things, tiles lifting from the floor me, along with many other example Les. The only two decent rooms are the two shown in the photos. I would never never stay here!! And on top of it when we spoke to the property manager he was very rude and abrupt.this condo ruined our perfect vacation.

Not clean

Check in was okay. The resort is nice. The unit is close to the clubhouse and pool. The door keypad did not work. I had to call the host to give me the code to unlock the key locker to get an actual physical key. When I entered, the cleaning supplies and mop were still in the unit. There were fabric sheets on the floor in front of the washer/dryer. Two men came to the door to pick up the cleaning supplies, I told them whoever left them did not finish cleaning. The master shower still had hair in it and the floors were not swept & mopped. The entire unit needs upgrades, everything is old.

Great Location Outdated Pictures

This location and resort was very nice. The pool is great. The pictures listed for the condo seem to have been taken a while back. Many things were well used. The sinks were clogged, the shower had mold, the couches were collapsed etc. Otherwise all the place was decent.

The pros of the property include-fairly close to all disney theme parks (10-20 minutes), large pool area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious dining room/living room, nice disney theme in 2nd bedroom, 3 tvs. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. Price to stay is much cheaper than a disney resort property. Cons- not very clean (dirty, laminate flooring). After walking around 1st night there, our feet were filthy, like we had been outside barefoot. We wore socks/shoes from that point on. Main bathroom had a significant amount of mildew. The property is in need of updates. Living room furniture is uncomfortable. We were given 2 rolls of cheap toilet paper for 8 days for a family of 4. No matter how you do the math, that's not enough. TP is a necessity, not a perk. Do better. Check in process was a bit of a headache. Traffic was very heavy coming and going to the parks. Be ready to wait several minutes at traffic lights. Overall, if you're looking for that disney magic, stay elsewhere. If you are in the mindset that all we are going to do is sleep there, then this is the place for you. Being a teacher, I would give it a C+. More toilet paper, clean floors, elbow grease and updates would push it to a B.

Mickey’s Hangout

We had a hard time getting in the resort. We got the address to the building in an email but not the unit number and security wouldn’t let us in until the owner sent us the unit number. It was frustrating. After the hassle of the first time, it was easy getting in and out of the resort. When we got in the unit, we were disappointed. The floors were super sticky and you could tell everything was just put into place but not cleaned at all. There were crumbs on the couch, we even found a toenail sitting on top of one of the cushions and a random sock. This made us want to leave but everything in the email indicated the stay was nonrefundable. One of the most upsetting things was that I had to wash all the linen before we could sleep because they were visibly soiled. After the first load was done I put it in the dryer just to find out that the dryer turned on but the drum didn’t turn. My husband had to go to Lowe’s and get stuff to fix it because we didn’t want to get charged $500 for something we didn’t break. According to the email we had 1hr from time of check-in to report anything that was broken as to not get charged for it. We assumed the dryer was working but by the time it was time to dry the first load 1hr had passed. There were a bunch of pool toys and strollers, we didn’t use them since our kids were older, but I’m sure some families will appreciate that gesture. Everything in the place is very old and needing replaced. Overall it would’ve been fine if it was clean.

Ideal family condo close Disney parks

We enjoyed our stay for 14 nights whilst staying in this property. With the close proximity to the parks and numerous restaurants on the 192 it was an ideal location for our family of 4. When we weren't visiting the parks we were more than happy to spend our time round the pool and the children loved the water slides. We had an issue with AC one night and contacted the property manager who responded immediately. The issue was resolved first thing in the morning. The condo is stocked with a variety of working appliances and child strollers, high chairs etc and are located in the store rooms if required. We loved our stay here and would recommend

Disney trip

This was the perfect location for my family’s Disney trip. So close to all the parks and other Orlando attractions. The amenities included at this property were also a great plus to our stay as the pool and splash park are open basically all day long. The check in process was exactly as host said it would be and easy other than having to wait a while outside of gates for multiple first time checkins.

Cute but needs a good cleaning

The property was cute and the manager responded to my messages. However, the floors were pretty dirty, we had tennis shoes on all day and our bare feet were dirty after walking around the condo for a little while that first day. There was mold on the ceiling around 3 vents. When I messaged the manager they sent someone out who wiped a little bit around the vents and nothing more. Nothing was bad enough for us to want to leave but we won’t stay with this manager again.

Mickeys old and dirty hangout

Reserving this condo was simple as it should be however when when we arrived it was pretty clear that the pictures were from at least 10 years ago. Everything was still the exact same (furniture, flooring, fixtures, bedding, etc) just in the condition of it being 10-15 years ago. Laminate flooring in bathroom had holes, stained and yellow, couches and cushions were dirty and stained, blinds were missing slats/falling off, bathmat had stains. Comforter in mater as ripped open and fitted sheets had holes in it, kids bedding was still dirty with crumbs and even a toenail, both showers had multiple hairs in them and soap scum and mold, toilet seats were stained and worn, sink in master bathroom was clogged, dishes had food stuck to them, cobwebs on livingroom ceiling....I could go on. I contacted the owner and sent pictures and they sent the superintendent the next morning at 8am to "fix" everything, he arrived with a spray bottle and a vacuum. He changed the bedding (I guess they didnt have another fitted sheet as it was replaced with a regular sheet which is annoying as it has to be readjusted all the time), unclogged drain, and "sprayed" the shower clean. So bedding and sink issues were fixed but the place still was dirty ie: couch stains, stains on dining chair calichons, cobwebs, dishes etc. This place needs an overhaul. Its clear that the owner just wants to make quick cash and put no money into this place. It is old, outdated, and DIRTY.
