Enjoy your stay in this beautiful and modern 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom single story villa located inside the guard gated resort community of Windsor Hills. A 12 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse, waterpark and pools. Just 3 miles from the steps of Disney World and close to all other parks and amenities. We invite you to be our guest!

Pull into your very own private driveway upon arrival and walk through the front door into your home away from home. The open concept living room is centered around an 82" 4K smart TV with a PS5 for all your entertainment needs. An air hockey table is right next to the space so you can play a quick game while waiting for everyone to get ready or while waiting for food to cook in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door. Dining table has seating for 8 and counter seating for 4.

Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.

The garage game room includes a pool table and a 125-inch drop down projection screen, surround sound, and comfortable seating for 9 with air conditioning.

All four bedrooms are on the same level and consist of two king master bedrooms with private en-suites, a princess themed room with two twin beds for your little princesses, a Mickey themed room with two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with 50" smart TVs and cable.

Great place for a family vacation

We enjoyed this beautiful house a lot. It was clean and well equipped with a lot of entertainment opportunities. Windsor Hills is a great and well maintained resort with only short distances to shopping, dining and Disney. I would recommend this place to others.

The villa was exactly as advertised. A perfect size for our x2 families.The kids loved the pool and the games/movie room.My only points of improvement would be more knives, only 5 for 8 people, more mugs, as only 4 for 8 people and the pool needed to be cleaned during the 2 week stay as moss was growing after the first week.

We spent three nights at this home. 3 adults and two kids. My son loved the play station, which was an unexpected bonus, and it was nice to have the small pool in the back. The community pool and water slides were very busy and it was hard to find seats or not get bonked by teens playing football in the water, but still a fun feature and my kids had a blast. The structures in this development have a bit of wear on them but it’s a good landing place in the Disney park area! Thanks!

Amazing stay

Me and my 11 year old son had a brief but very nice stay here at this amazing house! Theme rooms, cinema, pool Table, Air hockey, private swimmingpool, what more can you ask for? Very nice location as well, though the traffic is horrendous. But thats not the owners fault.

Florida Vacation

Overall we had a great stay at the home this was our 3rd time staying in the Windsor Hill Community for a yearly trip to Disney. We loved the layout of this home, which gave some separation for the adults and the kids. The theater room in the garage was a great bonus. The kids loved the pool, and it was nice and warm. The check in process was easy and the house was clean and well stocked with everything in the kitchen you would need for a long stay. We were in the property for 8 days. My daughter loved the princess room. The only negative we had was the pool which was only cleaned on the day of arrival and no one came back the rest of the stay so by the end the pool was getting dirty and slimy. Overall, we would definitely stay again and had a great time. The Windsor Hill Community is great as well with ample things to keep busy between 3 parks, the community pool and water park, the arcade, etc. The community is very clean and well maintained.

Great Vacation Home!

My family of four (two adults, two kids ages 6 and 14) absolutely loved this vacation home. Beyond spacious, clean and the pool and hot tub (heat included) was absolutely amazing especially since we stayed during a cold snap. This home had everything you'd need for your stay, although you will likely need to pick up some extra supplies if you have a longer stay planned (paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc.) The waterpark, pool and clubhouse was great the one day we were able to use it (due to cold weather). Wendy the property manager was AMAZING and very responsive. Close to all restaurants, shopping, parks etc. Would highly recommend this property to any families visiting the area.

Amazing property

We had a great short stay! Wendy was excellent to communicate with and the house was better than we imagined! Wendy was able to squeeze us in last minute when our other house cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours before we were to arrive! The kids loved the warm pool, air hockey table , pool table and home theatre! Next time we are back in Florida we are skipping the Disney stay and just booking here! Windsor hill is also an excellent gated community to stay in, the convenience store, take out restaurant, warm pool, slides and Arcade / Theatre are all added bonuses!

Excellent!

Our family just stayed here for our holiday to Disney World and Universal Studios, and it was fantastic! It’s the perfect house to share with extended family. Our family of 4 shared the house with my in-laws and we all had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, the theatre room, pool table, video games and air hockey table were so fun! We used the outdoor pool and hot tub daily after a long day. We also found it’s a great location from Disney, Universal, shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Pleasant stay

Overall was a fine place to stay, the four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great. Pretty much everything we needed for our 8 day stay. A few things I would recommend to the owner or management company: All the TVs were logged into with personal accounts from previous guests. Was a pain to figure out how to log them off so we could use them, there are two or three remote for each tv so a bit complicated. The grill is not in very good shape, was dirty and the bottom covered in grease and started on fire.
