Modern Pool Villa on Guard Gated Golf Community with Conservation Views

This is a modern and stylish two-story, very well furnished, 4-bedroom 3 bathroom villa located close to all the Orlando theme parks.

The home features a ground floor, master bedroom with king sized bed and en suite bathroom. All other bedrooms are the upper level. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin sized beds with a 'jack & jill' style shared bathroom which has a shower/tub combo. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.

The upper level also boasts a secondary living room / lounge - this allows guests to chill out and relax without having to go up and down the stairs to the lower-level lounge. However, the lower level might be the place to be! We have a dedicated room inside our home (not in the garage) for our game room. If you’re not having fun at the theme parks or in the pool picture yourself hanging out and shooting some pool in the comfort of the A/C!

The kitchen is full sized and fully equipped. With stainless steel appliances it also features an island with seating up to four and over looks the family room which is equally as appealing with a L shaped sofa, chair and flat screen TV. Off the kitchen there is also a separate dining area if wish to be that little more formal at meal times.

The screen enclosed pool with furnished pool deck can be heated for an extra fee. This modern pool home is perfectly located in a guard gated golf community with access to amazing resort features and clubhouse. Providence Golf Club resort has a 18-hole championship golf course, playground, rec room, restaurant, heated pool with slides (including a kid friendly one) and lap pool.

Please note that only verified occupants of home will have access to clubhouse and driveway parking is for a max of 2 cars. Garage parking is also available.

Effective May 1, 2024 HOA rules:

· Each short-term rental visitor will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.

· Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from this fee but they must be accompanied by an adult.

· This fee will only apply if short-term renters decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.

· Each short-term renter will have the option to pay weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a colorband for weekly rental).

Read Before Booking this property:

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
