Escape to your next vacation at Moon Valley Joy! This six-bedroom home is located close to the Oasis Clubhouse in the Champions Gate Resort.

Guests will enjoy the open floor plan when they gather with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the dining and living area and provides a great place to gather. The kitchen has a large countertop with seating for four, and the dining table is large enough for eight to sit on. The large sectional and additional chairs provide the perfect place to relax and watch the smart tv with cable.

If guests prefer outdoor adventures, the private heated pool with spillover spa will be the perfect place solution. With no rear neighbors, guests will enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs and outdoor seating. There is a full bathroom with a shower off of the living room with access to the pool.

You will find two bedrooms on the ground floor, with the first being the front king master. This room has a smart tv with cable and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The master bathroom has a source vanity and a separate shower and water closet. The second downstairs bedroom is the bunk master room with two full beds. This room is located off of the kitchen and has a wall-mounted smart tv and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Guests will have a full-size washer and dryer, located off of the garage. The garage has been set up to keep guests entertained on vacation. Guests can enjoy playing a game of pool or playing a game on the PlayStation 4 and smart tv. A sofa and pub table provide seating. There is a foosball table for those looking to get competitive as well! *Note that the garage is not air-conditioned.

With the rest of the bedrooms upstairs, guests will find the queen bedroom at the top of the stairs, equipped with a 42” smart tv with cable and a ceiling fan for added comfort. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other queen bedroom in the back of the home. This room has a smart tv with cable and a ceiling fan. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a double vanity and a separate water closet with a shower.

The upstairs loft doubles as an additional living room with a large leather sofa and 42” smart tv with cable and blu ray player.

The upstairs bedroom has matching full beds and smart tv with cable. There is also a ceiling fan for comfort. While this bedroom does not have a dedicated bathroom there is a full bathroom just across the hall with a shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a smart tv with cable, a ceiling fan, and an additional chair for seating. The bathroom has a double vanity, a large soaking tub, a glass shower, and a separate water closet.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
