Entspannen Sie sich im Luxus Ihrer eigenen privaten Villa, sonnen Sie am Pool oder essen Sie im Freien im kühlen Schatten der Pool-Lanai. Der Pool ist ein größeres Standardmodell, mit einem Kindersicherheitszaun (das bei Bedarf von Erwachsenen abnehmbar ist) und hat ein großes Deck, Spa und schattigen Lanai-Bereich. Die Lanai hat eine große Terrasse Esstisch, ideal für das Frühstück am Pool, und es gibt Sitze und Liegen, um die Florida Sonnenschein genießen. Alle Türen zum Poolbereich sind alarmiert. Die Villa-Lounge besteht aus einem 55-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Neflix und Youtube, etc. mit kostenlosen Internet-Wireless-Zugang, zwei Ledersofas bietet viel Platz für alle, um sich in Komfort zu entspannen. Der Esstisch sitzt 8, die Küchenecke hat Platz für 4 und zusätzliche Sitzplätze für 4 ist an der Küchentheke vorhanden. Jedes Schlafzimmer (König, Königin und zwei Zwillinge) hat Ensuite Badezimmer und Duschen, Flachbildfernseher. Wir bieten auch - Badetücher, Pool / Strandtücher, Fön in jedem Bad, Pak-n-Play, Buggy und Hochstuhl, volle Wäscherei und Bügelbrett. Das Spielzimmer verfügt über eine aufrechtstehende Arcade-Maschine, Billardtisch, Tischfußball und einen Air-Hockey-Tisch. Die Villa befindet sich in der sicheren, gated 5 Sterne Windsor Hills Resort, die Einrichtungen wie Community Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum, Kino und Shop / Bar / Café bietet. Windsor Hügel ist nur 2 bis 4 Meilen von allen Disney Parks, und ist die nächste Ferienvermietung Resort Disney Haupteingang.

We had a wonderful stay at this home during our trip to Florida. The house was very spacious and gave our family plenty of room to relax and spread out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a family stay.The outdoor area was definitely a highlight for us. The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids—they absolutely loved it! The patio area was also very nice and larger than we expected, which made it a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the warm weather.Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would happily come back again. We would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Florida.

The house is exactly as advertised. The game room, pool, and hot tub were great to have. Plenty of room for my family of 4 to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels in each bathroom. It was easy to get in and out of the complex with the security gate. We could not get the dishwasher to work at all during our stay. We did contact the property manager but they were unable to look at it before we checked out. Overall, a nice secure house with everything we needed. Beware the traffic in the area. The walmart down the street was great to have so close but was mobbed and chaotic every time we had to go.

A superb family holiday home with a week kept pool, all the itinerary you would expect in a holiday home, a few extras in the garage, pool table, air hockey, football table & games machine.Windsor Hills has many onsite amenities of its own too, but it’s the villa’s location that drew us there, theme parks are just minutes away, our choice of villa, along with the support of the host and management team made this a fantastic, memorable holiday.

Overall had an enjoyable stay, however the property is in need of a refurbishment. Many window blinds are missing, curtains did not cover the width of the windows, the cupboard in one of the bathrooms the plinth is broken with a jagged edge. Drawer handles/knobs broken on some of the bedroom furniture. Having said that it didn't spoil our stay and there were things available I wasn't expecting TV in every room, GHD's, a really powerful hairdryer for example. There was a good range of kitchen appliances too.

This was a senior trip for our 17 year old, and everything about it was perfect. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and the location was never more than 15 minutes from any Disney park we wanted to visit. Thank you for being our "home base" and helping make this trip a great one!

Family Spring Break Trip

This has been the best property we have ever stayed at. I cannot express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of this home and just how nice everything was this property. Our 15 year-old and 11-year-old sons loved having their own bedrooms with TV and it was so nice to be able to come back every day and hop in a warm pool and hot tub that we had all to ourselves. The game room entertained us many nights with the pool table and air hockey. We loved the neighborhood and being able to walk to the playground or evening walks and everything was so quiet. It was in a great location central to everything we did in Florida and close to restaurants and a Walmart for groceries. The beds were so comfortable, they provided towels for the pool and a few things needed for the week such as laundry detergent and dish liquid, which was so thoughtful. The property manager contacted us when they need to work on the pool and was responsive if we had an issue immediately. The home was so beautiful. We did not want to leave and if we ever come to Florida again we would stay here 100% and would recommend this to anyone any time!hockey.

This was a great property to stay at with our family with 2 young kids (5 and 2) for a week. We didn't realize it was a ranch when we booked it and were happy that it was. The accommodations were excellent. The only thing that surprised us was that there were no condiments, cooking spray, salt/pepper, etc. as these are typically provided at all other rental properties we've stayed at. There is a walmart about 2 minutes from the house so it's easy access for shopping. Overall the entire family enjoyed the property and will probably look to book it again in the future.

Excellent stay

The property was as pictured in the VRBO listing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Just had to purchase a few laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, which is reasonable. the kids loved the pool and garage game room. Very appreciative for this home during our visit to Florida.
