Guest Access:
Each guest entering the community will need to show their reservation to the guard at the gate and stop at the clubhouse to register their stay. Please provide them with your Rental Agreement, there they will be able to find all the information needed to register such as the property address, check-in/check-out date, and the names of guests staying at the property.

IMPORTANT - Do not send any mail or packages to the home, we have no way to accept or retrieve mail/packages.
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Spa heat is complimentary at this property.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.
8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
9.This will be a self-catering house.
10. Within 24 hours of your arrival, you must register with the front desk in the Clubhouse. On check-in you will receive information on registering your vehicle(s), and a Gate Pass for the resort fast entry lane will be issued for each vehicle, for which a fee of $25 per card will be payable. The card(s) will be good for the duration of your stay.
