 THE RESORT: Paradiso Grande features an amazing clubhouse with a Pool Bar, Heated Grand Pool, Children's Pool, Fitness Center, Concierge, Game Room variety of Games, FREE Wi-Fi,  Walking Trails, And Much More! Paradiso Grande is only a 20 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all of Orlando's famous attractions.
*NOTE: POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $50 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).
*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.
*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
**Attention: Toy Story and Frozen Bedroom**
The slide is strictly for children aged 10 years or younger. Adults are not allowed to use the slide, as it can damage the bed structure. Any damages resulting from improper use may be charged to the guest.
**Movie Room**: Please ensure recliner chairs are returned to the seated position before standing up. Any damages resulting from improper use will be charged to the guest.
*GRILL rental: $95 including and cleaning.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
â HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We donât provide extra towels and donât provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.
