The spacious south-facing pool deck provides all day sun for four reclining sun loungers and a front row seat to the many exotic birds that visit the lake and nature preserve each day. At night, you will be reminded that you are so very close to the magic as you watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks on the horizon over the lake. When you are ready to cool off, the covered lanai features two ceiling fans and a large dining table with six cushioned lounge chairs. There is another smaller 5 PC dining set lakeside for romantic dining under the uplit palms. Plenty of pool towels and some pool toys are provided. A gas barbecue grill and you-pick mango and key lime trees in the back yard complete this one of a kind tropical retreat!
A Luxurious place to land after a busy dayâŠ
Inside, a soothing âcoastal casualâ vibe welcomes you home after a long day at the parks. There are two separate living room areas, the den with a 60â 4K ROKU TV and the family/great room with a 50â 4K ROKU TV. Every bedroom has its own 32â ROKU TV as well. All TVâs have Spectrum Cable TV and a variety of Apps to use with your accounts such as Disney+, HULU, Netflix, etc. There is wireless high speed Internet throughout the property and patio.
You will love cooking and entertaining in the large, well-stocked open kitchen with wrap around breakfast bar and quality appliances. You will find ample place settings for 10, plenty of glassware, pots, pans and cookware, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker, orange juicer and electric tea pot and of course, a starter supply of detergent, paper towels, trash bags and napkins. A separate dining room has a large dining table that can seat 6-8, with an additional four at the breakfast nook and four more at the breakfast bar. A convenient laundry room is just off the kitchen.
Bedrooms are located in three separate wings, making this an ideal property for groups and multigenerational families. (See floor plan in âphotosâ tab.) You will be ensured an excellent night sleep with new luxury medium firmness hybrid mattresses on each bed, ceiling fans, and a variety of pillow types offered.
The master bedroom has a king bed and direct access/view to the pool deck, a walk in closet, a large en-suite bathroom with two separate vanities, large shower with hand-held sprayer and a large soaking tub.
A second king suite is located at the rear of the villa, where there is an excellent view of the lake. The king bed can be split into two XL twins by request. Its adjacent bath has a large shower with hand held sprayer and has direct access to the pool deck.
The middle two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination and handheld sprayer. One of those bedrooms is a Mickey Mouse-themed room with one twin bed and one XL twin bed. The other has a beach theme with one queen bed.
The front room has a queen sleeper sofa, just in case you have an occasional overnight guest or two drop by during your stay.
Entertainment, rain or shineâŠ
The air conditioned Star Wars themed games room includes a pool table with removable ping pong top and a foos ball table and a pub table and chairs. Two tennis racquets and two pickle ball paddles are provided for use at the Orange Tree community courts.
Disney is a convenient ride away, as are a wide variety of restaurants for every taste and budget, Margaritaville Resortâs Sunset Walk (bar, entertainment and restaurant district) and Island H2O Water Park, Lake Louisa State Park, The World of Citrus and two golf courses. Within just a few minutes drive on Route 27 are Walmart and Publix (grocery store), both offering curbside ordering/pickup. Two pharmacies and a 24 hour emergency room are within a few minutes ride as well.
The Orange Tree Neighborhood is an exceptionally well-maintained, safe and quiet community of luxury pool villas, all spaced beautifully apart, just 12 miles to the Disney entrance. Community amenities for guest use include tennis and pickle ball courts, fields, trails, sidewalks, you-pick fruit trees and two playgrounds.

Pool/spa heat is optional for $35/day upon request. We do not charge pool heat for arrival or departure days.
