Great Resort

The resort is amazing with a fantastic pool, clubhouse, and gym. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The place needs some lighting to be replaced and the bbq grill does not work. Good location close to theme parks, shop, and dining option.

Perfect for large family

The private pool just out the door was perfect for our family with several small children. It is 4ft deep and right out the door making it easy to supervise children and have quick access to snack, restroom, etc. The kids room is super cute and sleeps up to 6! The beds are comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond and accommodating. The security is good and property has a great movie theater (no extra charge), awesome arcade, convenience store, bar, and large community pool/hot tub. Lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores near by.

Spring break Disney trip

The property was close to attractions but out of the hustle of the city. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disneyworld. The children loved having the private pool. We had a range of ages 8-66 and it accommodated all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There were 2 large bedrooms upstairs with 2 washrooms, and one other bedroom on lower lever with additional washroom. All appliances worked perfectly and we loved the small pool in our courtyard. My only 2 suggestions to the owners would be to replace all light bulbs that are burned out, and the carpets were a little stained and could use a cleaningsomewhat stained

Nice condo, not well prepared for guests

A nice condo with good space, so we were hopeful. The bunk beds are good for kids. Yet, the condo was not fully clean. Dirty dishes and appliances in cabinets. Very few towels, and 1-2 with tags on from Walmart (not washed) Hair left in the tubs and showers, not clean bathrooms. Many lights not working. Pool area lights not working. Dishwasher struggled to work, disposal not working, dryer barely worked, took two rounds to dry and left fuzz allllll over clothes.

Would not recommend

First of all, when we arrived at the gate they didn’t have our names, even though I had emailed them ahead of time. Second, the place is not safe. The back patio door can easily be opened with just a little bit of force when it was locked. To me, this was a huge safety issue and I was not happy with that. The water from the fridge didn’t work, the master bedroom sheets had stains on them, and overall the place needs a good deep cleaning. The ceiling fan in the living room had tons of dust on it and the carpets need cleaned. The property manager was quick to respond and did bring bottles of water and new sheets for us the second day. He did say that the back door is always like that, but to me that is not safe and not ok. They had a book with info and the check in and out time was different than the email. Overall the place needs work and I would not recommend.

Beyond disappointing

We were shocked and extremely disappointed with the state of this home during our weekend stay. The property was beyond filthy, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The carpets were stained throughout the house, making it feel unwelcoming and poorly maintained.The most alarming issue was the black mold growing in the master bedroom. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious health hazard. We felt uncomfortable staying in the home, knowing it posed potential risks to our well-being.The overall experience left much to be desired, and it was nowhere near the standard advertised. We would not recommend this property to anyone until these significant issues are addressed. It’s unfortunate that a weekend getaway turned into such a disappointing experience.

Good but not great

Our stay was fun, and the place has the potential to be very nice. There were a few shortcomings we didn’t enjoy, but overall it was a good stay. We couldn’t find any wash clothes or dish towels, it didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well previously, and the grill didn’t work. We actually went & bought a small charcoal grill, and left it for the next guests. We also had no idea working remotes for any tv except the living room, it wasn’t an huge inconvenience since we all like to watch tv together as a family. Other than the lack of towels/rags, slight messiness, and grill it was fantastic. Very relaxing. The private pool is great! All the beds & the couch were super comfy.
