With a private pool and spa, this vacation rental in the lovely Orange Tree Community is the perfect vacation rental for families. Only minutes from Disney and all Orlando has to offer, this home is an ideal base from which guests can enjoy it all!

This luxury Villa is situated in the small select development of Orange Tree, and features five bedrooms – a king room, three full rooms, and a Disney-themed twin room. Cable TVs and Ceiling fans are in all rooms including the bedrooms. The open floor plan offers spacious living space with comfy seating alongside a dining room, breakfast nook, and fully equipped kitchen. A game room is sure to please with pool table, foosball, and an arcade machine. A laundry room is onsite for guests’ convenience as well as FREE local and international phone calls and wireless internet access. For guests will little ones, a highchair and pack-n-play is available.

Outside the sparkling pool and spa is fully enclosed and offers optional gas heating (additional charge). Located in Orange Tree, the community offers lovely landscaping with tennis courts, a lake, and an orange tree field where guests can pick fruits in season.

The home is minutes from Disney Parks, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios as well as all the amazing attractions the region has to offer. Florida’s famous beaches are within easy reach for a beach day trip. Nearby, visitors will find dining and shopping options galore.

Note:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.

The cost for heating the pool is $35 per day plus tax with a minimum requirement of 5 days.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
