Welcome to our luxurious Storey Lake Resort home!

Our charming residence can accommodate up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our guests can enjoy the comfort of a private pool, and BBQ.

Located only a short 8-minute drive from the Disney theme parks, outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, our home provides convenience and accessibility to all the best attractions and amenities.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

Enjoy the exceptional structure Storey Lake Resort offers, without any additional cost: Aquatic Park, Water Slides, Lazy River, Kids Splash Pad, Hot Tub (Jacuzzi), Fitness Center, Mini Golf, and Kayaks.

Please note that the Mini Golf and Kayaks are paid activities and are not included with your stay, and need to be paid on-site if you want to play.

The property features high-end furniture, decor, and everything you need for a luxury stay in Orlando.

The house also has a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, high-speed WiFi, cable TV, linens, towels, and pool towels.

Bedroom 1 has a beautiful King bed with a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 and 4 are themed bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

There are parking spaces available for up to four cars at no cost.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

Pool heating: Enjoy the perfect pool and hot tub temperature for just US$30 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

Please be advised that every Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the pool maintenance company will be on the property to balance the chemical levels in the pool. During this period, the pool will be unavailable for use and may only be accessed three hours after the maintenance is completed. This service is conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your guests.

Property Security Notice:
For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
