This spacious 7-bedroom home in Kissimmee offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit all your needs.
The downstairs King Master Suite features the perfect ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs, find two bedrooms with twin bunk beds, a Queen Master Suite with ensuite bathroom, a Queen Bedroom, a Full Bedroom, and a fun Princess Room with a twin bunk bed and a single bed. Perfect for large families or groups, each room is designed for comfort and relaxation.

It is located in Crystal Cove Community. Relaxed community featured by vacationers and residents. it has a community pool.

After you enter into the community take your left. Then your first right and and the end of the street the house will be on your left in the corner.

Spacious Living: Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a cozy living room to your left, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The dining areas include a formal space for 6 and an additional spot for 4, both adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is dog friendly, there is an additional fee of $ 100 for adding the dog to the booking.

Outdoor Enjoyment: Step outside to your private pool area, complete with a 4-burner gas grill, dining set, and sun loungers for sun-soaked relaxation and outdoor meals.

Pool heating service:

The pool can be heated for $35 per night excl. tax, minimum 3 nights. We recommend that you apply at least 48 hours before the check-in - the water can take up to 12 hours to fully warm up and only heats from 9am to 9pm. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.

REMARK: Under these circumstances it is not possible to refund part or all the pool heating charge and your understanding of this is important when ordering pool heating. So let us know if you would like it and I will send you a money request through the platform.

Please keep in mind NO MORE than 2 cars can be parked in the driveway, CANNOT be parked on the streets, grass or blocking the walkway (not even by one inch🫣). Cannot be commercial vehicles with signage. Parking rules are very strict at the community. Towing company is driving around every day to check and WILL TOW your car when you not comply to above !!!
