The house needs a deep cleaning. There is visible dust on the ceilings and the floors are not clean. Outdoor patio needs to be power washed along with the outside of the house. Pool and hot tub floors are not clean and a cover should have been provided. We were unable to use the pool one day due to a broken timer as the pool was not properly cleaned by the tech. Water was flying all over the patio. When I called to get help I was told to turn the water off. The space in the house is nice but a lot of the renovations seem unfinished or poorly done. Overall, I would never stay here again. There was an extra fee for the pool and hot tub that was not included in the description which is misleading. The pool never stayed warm. There were also no cleaning materials provided. There are also a lot of rules to follow and notes throughout the home due to plumbing and air conditioner issues in the home. If we failed to comply, we would be charged more money. The refrigerator needed a new filter. It was just a disappointment.
