Enter this resort style community and drive onto your very own private driveway. Upon arrival, walk through the front door into your home away from home. The open concept living room is centered around an 85" 4K smart TV with PS5. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Whether you host a family reunion or grab something fast before the next adventure. This kitchen won't disappoint. There are two dining areas with enough space to seat 12 people.

Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed south facing pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.

Garage has been converted to a game room with commercial grade arcade games and pool table.

Three bedrooms on the main level consist of two king master bedrooms with private en-suites and a Marvel themed room with a full and twin loft bed.

On the top level there is a princess themed room with a castle bunk bed for your little princesses plus a rollaway twin bed, and a queen bedroom with a full bathroom right outside the hallway.

All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and cable. The princess room is equipped with an additional twin rollaway bed, allowing another little princess to join in on the slumber, if desired.

Fantastic Property For A Family Vacation

We had an incredible 12-day stay at this property! It was spacious enough for our family of four (2.5 and 1 year old) and provided enough extra (private) space for visiting family. Unlike previous stays in places like Davenport, Windsor Hills was close to Disney attractions, quiet & safe, and the home was beautifully Disney-themed. Our sons LOVED the playgrounds and bunk beds, especially the castle-themed playground nearby as well as the one a few houses down the street which it took us a week to discovered. While the community pool & splash pad cleanliness was lacking when we visited, we appreciated having it available but preferred our private heated pool & spa that was spent many afternoons floating in. The BBQ was great for cooking meals and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on while traveling. The well-equipped games room was essentially our own arcade which we were obsessed with. The abundance of infant/toddler gear cannot be understated, including 4 strollers, a crib and pack & play which would honestly be the reason we rent HERE again. Despite the lack of consumables (condiments, ziplocs, foil, cling wrap, liquid hand soap, salt/pepper etc), Walmart being 2 minutes easily away solved this for us. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the property management company!

This was a very nice property. We used the pool every day. They responded quickly when we had a problem with the ice maker. They even brought a bag of ice for us to use while the ice maker was being repaired. All in all a very nice stay.

Wonderful Stay in Kissimmee!

We rented this VRBO almost a year ago and really had built up a lot of expectations -- but this house did not disappoint. It was close to everything, clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the pool and outdoor area were where we spent the majority of our time. The bedrooms were large, the bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed including shampoo and conditioner, and the beds were very comfortable. The larger pool area in the neighbourhood was also great and had lots of activities for our grandson. It was an easy walk to Walmart to get all the supplies we needed. We did have a couple of issues within the property like the handle fell off the patio door and the sink wouldn't drain, but maintenance was there promptly to fix everything. We will be back.

Clean, well stocked, super close location to airport, super close to Disney, Walmart and to Restaurants. It was amazing that bbq, pool/spa heating were all included in rental price. Fabulous Villa

The perfect base for a busy Orlando vacation! Close to supermarkets, restaurants, Disney. Perfect location - gated community helps you to feel safe. Villa is lovely - spacious and well stocked. Pool was wonderful, great size and lovely and warm!

Overall great location to visit the Disney parks. The house offers large rooms with many beds and bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed the pool although some of the patio is in need of repair and the hot tub doesn’t work properly. Property needs work

My family and I stayed 7 nights - the experience wasn’t great. We would not book this home again. It is beautiful and in a fantastic location - both to the neighborhood waterpark and to the Disney parks. However, the communication from the property manager is very poor - I attempted contact with them 3 times (twice via email, and once over text) within the week prior to our stay inquiring about adding another night, and was ignored. Upon arrival at the 4pm check in time, the home was still being cleaned, and had to wait in the driveway for 30 minutes. The dishwasher was broken, and I was told this was a known issue - it would have been nice to know! My family spent our vacation handwashing dishes 3 times a day in the small sink for 12 people. The house was dirty. Carpet stains, old Cheetos and cereal under the chairs in the media room, and hair along the bathroom floors. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub barely pumped any water, resulting in cloudy and bug filled water surrounded by uneven tile waiting for you to stub your toes. The grill igniter is flawed, resulting in an unplanned expensive pizza night. Most concerning of all, the front door doesn’t lock unless you are inside, so we were able to deadbolt it before sleeping, but our possessions were left for anyone to walk in and steal when we were away during the day. I knew it was useless to say anything, given how poor the communication had been already. I have video of it all.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. We have stayed at other properties in Windsor hills and have always been pleased as we were here. Owner was responsive to our last minute visitor requests and the overall community accommodations were fantastic. My only request is that basic necessities such as toilet paper, trash bags, dish liquid etc be provided in ample quantities to accommodate a group that would occupy a 5 bedroom home. Otherwise a great stay and owner. The place had every appliance you would need and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. We would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time in Florida and loved staying in this beautiful home. It was a great place to come home to after a long day at the convention center. Traffic was bad to and from but maybe when the construction is finished it will be better. Loved the pool and hot tub and even had the team over for a cookout! The waterpark and community pool was awesome as well! Didn’t make it to the playground but it looked like lots of fun too! Thanks for having us! 😁

Amazing

Truly a wonderful experience at this home. Very close to Disney; 15 minutes max. The pool was so nice to have after being at the parks all day. The home itself is very spacious and we loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom. I would highly recommend this house for families looking for a lot of space with close proximity to Disney. We are hoping to come back again in the future!

Family vacation

We were a multi generational family of 9 and we truly enjoyed this rental home, particularly the proximity to all the parks. The configuration was well suited for our group. We enjoyed the pool as well as the water park located within the complex. Check in and check out were very easy and the instructions very clear. The only suggestions for future guests would be to purchase additional paper products, dish soap and dishwasher pods. I would also recommend that you bring your own toiletries as they were available in limited quantities. There are many restaurants and stores in the general vicinity and that was an extra convenience. We highly recommend this rental unit for your Disney family vacation.

We loved this house! It was the best house we’ve stayed in while visiting Disney. It was beautiful inside, had everything we needed including a lot of towels, a heated pool, good kitchen supplies and lots of space. It’s in a great neighborhood and really close to the parks!

Great stay

Our stay at Windsor Hills was great. A very short ride to Disney and lots of choices for nearby restaurants. There is even a super Walmart just a short drive away. The best thing about our stay however was the house itself. We were very pleased about how clean everything was and the decorating and kitchen and bathrooms are a cut above what we have encountered with other rentals. Whoever decorated the living/dining/kitchen area did an amazing job. It made staying in the home so much more pleasant! We can honestly say there was nothing in the whole house including the game room that we didn’t like. Our family had a great time and are looking forward to renting next fall for our next getaway
