⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Want to arrive early or stay a bit later? Let us know at least 24 hrs in advance. Early check-in/late check-out is $45 per hour, subject to availability.



🛡️ Your Health & Safety



- Pool safety fence is in place.

- Smoke & CO detectors and fire extinguisher are on site.

- Please follow all resort & local safety guidelines.



💦 Optional Add-Ons



Pool Heating: $35/day

Please request at least 24 hrs before check-in so the water’s toasty when you arrive (heating takes time!)



4-Burner Grill Rental: $105/week

Includes one full propane tank. Extra tanks available locally—keep drip tray clean to avoid fees.

🏖 ChampionsGate Resort Access

- No resort pass sharing allowed—each adult (21+) must present their own pass.

- Guest Registration: Before arrival, please send full names of all guests aged 18+ for gate access.

- Gate Entry: Use the electronic pass code we provide 48 hrs before check-in.



🚗 Parking & Towing



- Fit up to 5 vehicles.

- Street parking: Passenger side to curb, within 12″ of curb.

- No parking on lawns, fire lanes, hydrants, sidewalks, or blocking access.

- Vehicles violating rules may be towed at owner’s expense.



🚭 House Rules

- No smoking or vaping inside.

- No parties or events—please respect our neighbors.

- Trash pick-up service starting from 7AM, please kindly place the bagged trash in the trash bin outside the night before your check out date.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.
