The space
Welcome to our beach-themed abode! Upon entering, you are greeted by an open-concept dining room adjacent to a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room offers seating for six, perfect for family meals or gatherings.

The living room features a grand leather sofa with built-in recliners and charger ports, creating a cozy space for relaxation. Enjoy a crisp picture on the 75” smart TV, enhanced by superb sound quality from the soundbar.

The kitchen, designed with your convenience in mind, boasts a deep stainless steel sink set into a beautiful quartz countertop that extends to provide additional seating for two. It’s fully stocked with seasonings and spices, a Keurig coffee maker with a frother, a stove and oven combo, a microwave, a toaster, and all the essentials you need. We’ve also included outdoor dinnerware for those who wish to dine by the pool.

As you walk down the hall, you’ll find the laundry room on your left, equipped with four washing pods for your convenience. This area also includes a first aid kit, extra beach towels, and two lap desks.

The first bedroom, Surfside Getaway, features a queen bed, two luggage racks, two nightstands with lamps and charger cables, a fully functioning closet, and a smart TV.

Further down the hall, on your left, is the Sunset room. It includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, two wall-mounted side tables, and two luggage racks. The walk-in closet holds beach accessories, a Trolley Dolley for carrying items to the pool, and an iron and ironing board.

Across the hall is the beautifully decorated Flamingo bathroom, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The granite vanity top offers extra space for your toiletries.

At the end of the hall is the primary bedroom, Sunrise Room which boasts a grand king-sized bed, granite-topped nightstands with lamps and charger cables, a granite-topped dresser, and a walk-in closet. The private bathroom features a large walk-in tiled shower and an offset vanity for plenty of toiletry space. Enjoy the relaxing view from the balcony, and if you need to work during your stay, there are two fully equipped desks available for your convenience.
