Prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a detailed check-in message. This will confirm your check-in dates and times, provide Wi-Fi details, and include your unique front door access code for seamless entry to the home.
âč RESORT GATE ACCESS
Windsor Island Resort is a gated community with strict security protocols:
âč All guests drivers must be pre-registered. Please send us these guests, and we will add them to the resortâs front security registration list.
âč Upon arrival, gate security will request a photo ID for each driver.
âč RESORT RE-ENTRY PASS
After security clearance, you will be issued a re-entry pass valid for the duration of your stay. This pass grants you access to the express entry lane (right side) for hassle-free re-entry to the resort at any time.

Our home is professionally treated regularly, but occasional tropical bugs are a reality of Florida's climate. If you notice any issues, notify us immediately, and our pest control team will handle them promptly.
âč PACKAGE DELIVERY
Packages can be delivered during your stay, but note that USPS does not deliver to vacation rental homes. Use carriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx for doorstep delivery.
âč TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to weather or travel delays, as refunds cannot be issued for such events.
