We stayed here from Feb 11-18, 2026. What a disaster! This house is not being maintained to even basic standards (Coffee stains & sticky substance on the kitchen counter, black mold in bathrooms, etc). Day 2, we found a cockroach on the kitchen counter. We had 3 toddlers with our group (ages ranging from 2-4), they enjoyed the games room until we tried to plug in the air hockey table and the cord started smoking and arcing. We notified the rental mgmt company immediately and a person came to look (among other things) but just told us to not use it. The home is equipped with an alarm that will go off if the back door to the pool is opened without pressing a button to disable, however, this was not working when we checked in. There was also issues with the outdoor pool fencing as the clasps were broken, which created a gap large enough for our children to slip through. We requested use of the outdoor firepit and even signed a liability form for usage. When we arrived there was no propane tank, and even though we asked, one was never brought to us. The house is poorly stocked, 1 tea towel and not even basics like salt and pepper. We sent numerous messages to the company, and had to follow up repeatedly for responses. Minor issues were fixed and pest control was sent out, but overall this was a nightmare week. VRBO, however, was very helpful and I've been told an incident report has been opened about our issues (there's even more to comment, but this review has a character limit)
