The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate family getaway nestled in the desirable Solterra Resort community. This spacious home features a thoughtfully designed floor plan that balances relaxation and entertainment.
On the first floor, unwind in the open living area, prepare meals in the modern kitchen with a convenient bar counter, or step outside to your private pool and BBQ area, perfect for sunny Florida days.

The game room is a highlight, equipped with foosball, ping pong, and air hockey tables, offering endless fun for guests of all ages. Upstairs, the second-floor lounge is ideal for gathering around the TV or enjoying quiet time.

Sleeping arrangements are crafted for comfort and privacy. The first-floor master suite boasts a king bed and a spacious walk-in closet, creating a serene retreat. Upstairs, six bedrooms offer versatile layouts: two queen bedrooms provide cozy spaces for couples; two connected twin bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom—perfect for siblings or friends; another king bedroom includes a private bath for added convenience; and a bunk room ideal for kids or groups. Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Resort has a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation: 1-12 Guests- $35. 13+ Guests- $45. Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:

SLIDE RULES:
The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward. Please note that the drive times provided are estimates and can vary depending on traffic and the route chosen.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.

Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
