Welcome to Terrace Paradise! This condo is located on the 3rd floor in the upscale Reunion Resort community of The Terraces. This beautiful condo offers 1,419 square feet of living space.

Relax on the large sofa around the large TV if you can find the time from your busy exploring schedule. The living area has doors leading out to the private balcony giving a nice open feel to the space. The kitchen is fully fitted with cookware, dishes, and appliances for whatever culinary plans you have. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for 4 guests and there is additional seating for 3 by the kitchen bar.

The master en-ensuite bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. All bedrooms come with a TV.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
