• We offer Pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm the pool, with a maximum temperature of 90º. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so the pool is heated for you upon arrival.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee will ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
