Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, in addition to the fully-equipped kitchen with appliances, stone counter-tops and all the extras you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.

Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.

Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

Yes, and the activities change monthly!

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?

Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?

They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.


What time does the Clubhouse open/close?

9 am – 9 pm daily.

What time does the Fitness Center open/close?

5 am – 12 am daily.


The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.

ID is required to access the community and primary renters must be 25 older. Families and Children are Welcome at this family resort.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing the rental agreement and verifying that they are the authorized user of the payment card provided (if applicable). This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the 'sooner’)

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
