WE DIDNT GET TO STAY HERE. This review is about FLORIDA VACATION HOMES. Buyer beware with FVH. We booked our stay over 2 months ago. I got a call about a week before check in that our house had no cable or wi-fi and we had to move, which we weren’t happy about, but understood. From that moment on, everything went south. We were originally in Champions Gate and got moved to Solterra Resort. Solterra was fine, but we lost amenities (game console in the house, game room and mini golf on the property) that were extremely helpful in the cold spring break weather Orlando had this year, and the house was NOT an upgrade. We were told there was nothing left in Chapions Gate. So essentially our family had nothing to do at the Solterra resort or in our home. For the inconveniences we were offered a waived resort fee (which we didn’t use because of the weather), a heated pool (which was not ready upon our arrival and that would’ve been the only good weather day to use it.. then we got fed a bunch of garbage excuses about why it wasn’t ready), and a late checkout (which was the only thing we were able to utilize).The company has not communicated with me for over 72 hours at this point about some kind of partial refund for all of the inconveniences we were subjected to.I cannot even review the actualHome we stayed in because it hasn’t changed in my booking section. Do not recommend booking with FVH. They don’t care about their guests as evidenced by their ghosting 76 hours and counting
