Villa is a luxurious two-story townhome that offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room on the first floor that is ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests. The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and equipped with a large TV that guarantees an immersive entertainment experience.

The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with all the cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a beginner, you'll have everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. The kitchen also has ample counter space and storage cabinets, making it a joy to use.

Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms that offer a serene and private retreat. The master bedroom is a highlight of the house, featuring a jetted tub where you can unwind after a long day. The queen bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The guest bedroom is equally comfortable, with two twin beds and a full-size bathroom.

The jetted tub upstairs leaking through the kitchen ceiling all over the floor downstairs. There was black mold on the ceiling that they tried to cover up but we took pictures to prove it. The host didn’t call me like I asked him too. He waited until the next day and messaged me on the VRBO app. The beds squeaked every time we moved. It was inconvenient to have to walk 2 buildings over to wash clothes. We asked for extra towels and were told we had to wash the ones we had. Not a great experience for our first time to Florida. Very disappointing.

It was the perfect size for our small group and close to the attractions we were planning on doing. Only problem was our last night there the college age neighbors had an ALL night party... they were still going when we left at 4:30am. Otherwise it was clean and everything we needed gor an enjoyable stay.

The townhome was spaciousand conveniently located to most parks. It could use some upgrading as appliances are old. The master bedroom shower is awkward, you feel like you are in a fish bowl if your partner is not in the shower with you. Parking is limited, not assigned and one of the spots for the townhomes is marked off for handicap.

Great Access to things and plenty of room

The location was great. It was easy to get to plenty of restaurants and attractions from this location. Nice front desk staff and check in and check out were very easy! There was plenty of room in this unit for 4 people plus luggage. There is an upstairs and downstairs and plenty of bathrooms! Christopher was an awesome host and easy to communicate with, he was even able to add an extra day after I had made a mistake when booking the number of days we were staying before we travelled on to another area of the state to stay the rest of our trip. It woked out great! We were celebrating my son's high school graduation and it was a great trip!

The noise situation in the back bedroom is nonstop from the condo into the early morning hours and must keep blinds drawn to avoid fishbowl exposure. Jacuzzi seemed like a great idea except the jets are filled with black mold. The filtered water feature on the refrigerator door was broken and didn’t get fixed while we were there. The onsite restaurant is not good

Nice place for a quick stay

Needed a place to stay the night before a cruise and the night after it. Chris was accommodating, responded to my messages and inquiries promptly. The staff at the check in place was nice as well and pointed us to the pool and laundry areas. Great place!

Better for short stays

Basically good, we stayed for 7 weeks. I feel this place was much better equipped for shorter stays. Internet was very spotty. Response to issues (which were few) was very fast. Back yard had very loud neighbors that changed frequently. Over all good.

Weekend trip with the family

This was our first time renting and staying in a VRBO. The host gave me instructions on what to do when we arrived, and it was a simple check in process. The villa was a little dated but efficient and clean.

I’m giving this villa 4 stars because the house itself was very clean and for the price it was an easy choice and one that we don’t regret. I’m docking a star because out of our 5 night stay 4 of the nights we couldn’t get back into the villa because our keycards would deactivate and not work which was really frustrating. It was also frustrating that we didn’t have a car so our Ubers could not go past the gate because our keycards wouldn’t work and it’s a decent walk to the very back of the resort where the villa is located. We were here for a conference and it was hard walking all day and being exhausted to have to also walk back to the villa at night when the sun was down so it just felt a little unsafe. The WiFi also did not work well so we had to use our hotspots the whole time. Overall. I would stay here again but would definitely make changes to how we stayed.

worked perfect for our stay - cleaning crew needs some lessons in getting edges and corners in bathrooms - mopping only in center leaves dirt! had pretty much everything needed for dinners if cooking own food. bring or buy anything else - no salt / pepper but lots of old seasonings. kitchen was clean as were all dishes. recommended property

Comfortable Stay

Check in was easy. The place was as pictured. It had most everything that was needed in the kitchen. The water pressure in the shower/bathtub was low. The beds would be very comfortable to people below 225 pounds. They felt like we were sleeping on a mattress filled with jello jigglers... lol The owner was prompt in answering when needed.
