My first room had a cockroach infestation, the second had worm larvae, and the third had dead bug carcasses as well as several other bugs. The listing makes it look like the club house is the house you will stay in and like the pool is yours, but it’s not. The hot tub had algae growing in it and was not clean. I took pictures and sent them to VRBO and the host. I tried to get a refund so my family could stay elsewhere, but both the host of the room and VRBO gave us a runaround about who should approve the refund. VRBO also promised a 450 refund which I still have not received and they told us we had to stay at the property in order to get the situation resolved and be covered under VRBO. This ended in us staying the whole week without answers and not having it resolved. Do not stay here. I have always had good experiences with VRBO and has never written a poor review until this experience.

Room was clean and very nice! pool and hot tub were great, front desk and check in was easy and very accommodating. our only down side was our pull out sofa bed as we had 7 people in our group and had to use it. It was very lumpy and not comfortable. but other than that, we had a great stay! Thank you we will book again with you in the future!

Good place for ideal location to all attractions. The A/C didn’t work in the master bedroom so it was extremely hot at night and they didn’t have any fans. The room needed a deep clean as well. Condiments (soap) needed to be restocked during stay as it dispenser was empty when we check in. Could have been a lot better.

The hosts were able to accommodate an early check in, which was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were great! Some things to note - the units are not all attached like a typical hotel so some have a bit of a walk to the pool, which for us wasn't a huge problem. Our one issue was we were in a lower unit and although the units were all very nicely remodeled, we could hear the people above us during the middle of the night, bouncing a ball, could definitely hear little children running back and forth for over an hour, and this was between midnight and 1am. Tried calling the main office for 45 minutes and no one answered. As I was traveling with young children, I could not leave them alone in the room and walk the 100 yards across the parking lot to the main office. When I called the office the following morning, I was told that someone is staffed and SHOULD have answered the phone when I called in the middle of the night so that was disappointing. I would have given 5 stars otherwise, location was great and I would stay again.
