Imagine soaking up the Florida sunshine from your patio recliner chair and then plunging into your private swimming pool when you're ready to cool off. When it's time for lunch, you can have your choice of indoor or outdoor poolside dining spaces. After lunch, the whole crew can head to the theme parks, which are just a short drive away. And once you're back home, wind down with some board games, or challenge the crew to a game in the garage-turned-games room. All this is possible at this awesome single-level family home in Clermont.



The garage has been converted into a games room, packed full of games like billiards, air-hockey, darts, and more. There's also board games and puzzles in here too. Plus, you'll find the in-home laundry machines in this room. And don't worry - there's still onsite parking available without the garage space, you can park 2 vehicles in the driveway.



Each of the 5 bedrooms has fresh linens, comfortable mattresses, and plenty of clothing storage space. Each bedroom also has a TV with Roku for your entertainment. The comfortable living room features a 55" Smart TV , so you can stream all your favorite shows.

Clear Creek Clermont Florida is located approximately 14.6 miles (23km) from Magic Kingdom and 8.2 miles (13km) from Animal Kingdom and 13.5 miles (14km) from Epcot in the Walt Disney World Resort®. Other major attractions near the Clear Creek Villas include Universal Studios 22.5 miles (36km) and SeaWorld 19.7 miles (32km). Other resort communities adjacent to Clear Creek include Silver Creek, Woodbridge and the Manors at Woodbridge.



Clear Creek is ideally located near shops and retail restaurants. A well known shopping center with excellent retail stores, the Towns at Cagan’s Crossing, is very close to the Clear Creek residential subdivision. Other nationally recognized outlets and shops nearby include WalMart and Starbucks Coffee.



Getting Around:

Clear Creek is located in Clermont, Florida discreetly off Highway 27 just north of the US 192 intersection.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.



We're happy to deliver:

--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

--> Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
