Our guests also get access to the Encantada Resort amenities. Take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub to unwind after a busy day. Keep active with a workout in the fitness center or a stroll along the walking trail, and let the kids burn off some energy at the playground. Grab a bite or a drink at The Cabana, our poolside bar and grill, or challenge your friends to a game of darts or billiards in the clubhouse. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the home. Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway in front and across the street of the townhome on a first come, first served basis. Please do not park on the street.

Getting Around:

Driving around Kissimmee is easy, especially if you’re taking U.S. Highway 192. Getting a vehicle for your vacation is just as simple, thanks to our many car rental providers. Taxi service and uber are also widely available.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that we do not provide washcloths. Please bring your own washcloths to make use of during your stay.

• Please be informed that the resort pool resurfacing project is scheduled to begin on May 12. The project is expected to take approximately 10-12 working days to complete. If you have any other concern please do not hesitate to contact us.



Additional Services:

• Hot tub heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee).

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee).



House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
