Rosely was very attentive and quick to reply when we needed anything. The walls were a bit thin and were very loud guests below. Bringing a sound machine for your stay could be helpful. Property was clean and easy to access! Would stay here again!

Vista Cay Great Location

The condo was very clean. Communication was excellent. The room configuration worked out perfectly. The pool was close to the condo. Lots of chairs by the pool, and the pool bar was nice. Would highly recommend this rental when coming to Orlando for Universal or for the convention center. It is close to everything.

Fantastic stay, great location

We were visiting Orlando for a volleyball tournament at the Convention center. To say that the location was perfect, is an understatement. We were approximately 1 mile away and was very easy to navigate to. The home itself was perfect. We had 2 teenagers with us. The room size with the 2 shared beds was huge and easily accommodated all of their stuff. The beds were also a great size for teenagers. The other 2 bedrooms were perfect for the adults. The home was very nicely decorated. Being on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building, there were times that you would hear the level above either moving furniture or just making excessive noise. It wasn't extreme, but would want other renters to know if they are light sleepers. Maybe bring some ear plugs. Other things for either the host to review or renters to know with items to either bring or add to the home. There were no dish towels for drying dishes if hand washing - which is what we did while we visited. There are also no pot holders to place hot pots and pans on, rather than placing directly on the counter. Although the kitchen provided most tools needed, we could not locate a flat spatula for flipping pancakes :) nor a wine bottle opener. We purchased a wine bottle opener and left it for the next guests. Mixing bowls would be a good to have if you have a need. There was 1 large plastic container that could be used. This is definitely a property that we would stay at again. The host was very responsive when a question was asked, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

AAU Nationals Stay

Great place to stay! We rented this for the close location near the Orange County Convention Center for coaches from our volleyball club to stay while at AAU Volleyball Nationals. I will definitely keep this place in mind for next year as well. Very nice and clean place. Easy communication with property manager too. I didn't have to worry about anything.

Wonderful stay for volleyball nationals!

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We stayed there for volleyball nationals and it was so convenient to the convention center and to the grocery store and restaurants. The management company was very flexible with our check in and check out needs. The only thing I would recommend would be adding some additional kitchen supplies. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
