THE SPACE
Open-plan living room features a huge sectional sofa and, 60” Smart TV. The large dining table seats 6 or doubles as a board room table. Prepare breakfast or a feast in our well equipped, modern, open kitchen with granite breakfast bar. Our penthouse is north facing for a cooler space to enjoy your coffee or a cold drink on the huge furnished balcony. The den features a sofa bed and a work area with a desk. A full size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and have room for outlet shopping!

BED & BATH
You will love the sumptuous master suite with super comfy plush top king bed, 55" TV, overhead fan, walk-in closet, and huge en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub and large walk in shower. The guest wing includes 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king and 1 with 2 double beds with overhead fans, flatscreen TVs and top-quality cotton linens. Plus a separate full family bathroom.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only). Lake Cay Commons Plaza is also within walking distance.

We aim to make your stay the best possible, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any needs you may have before or during your stay. We manage several properties in Vista Cay Resort. So, if the property you are interested in is not available for your dates, please send us an inquiry, so that we can send you the other listings that we do have available.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory.
