Great Family Home

Had a wonderful family vacation. Place was very clean, lots of space, great kitchen and an amazing outdoor space. Would definitely book again. Champion's Gate offers many other amenities that we enjoyed. Missed the shuttle bus.

Phenomenal Stay!

Our stay was from Thursday to Sunday and we thoroughly enjoyed this rental home. The VRBO staff was very responsive to us, I'm talking within 10 minutes we had some response from them. The owner was also very responsive to property MGMT when we reached out to ask for early checkin and late checkout. The owner even gave us the okay to stay later thank we asked! The property itself was just what we expected from the photos:spacious, good location, and super easy checkin checkout process. The community resort was nice as well with special events throughout the stay for us to attend and the bar tender there made great drinks. Totally recommend this property!!!!

Had a couple of issues that were dealt with but will give feedback the pool table is in desperate need of a revamp the cues are almost unplayable with no tips on them and the table itself is so uneven the balls just rolled about , also when we turned up there was a sewage smell coming from the bedroom upstairs I did report this and the guy came out and it did tone down a bit , then unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours at 1497 on the Friday night playing loud music till 5 am again reported it and was dealt with plus did see a couple of cockroaches about, but on the plus side lovely spacious villa and the pool area was brill .

Perfect spot for kids/family

Great spot for our week in the Orlando area! The heated pool was a must as it was perfect for early morning swims and evening swims after being on the go all day! A short walk to the Oasis club. One thing of note is non residents are not able to use the fitness centre before 9am so I had to re think my workout plan while there. The property had 2 pack n plays that came in handy for our little one. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was everything we expected and more. Clean and comfortable and very spacious. The Oasis Club is fantastic. We optioned for the heated pool and it was perfect, the hot tub actually got nice and warm after a while. Reasonably short drive to the Disney Parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Just Okay

All in all the house was really nice but it was not as clean as it should have been nor was it prepared properly for 10 guests . All of the toilets had tape on them as if they had been cleaned but upon taking the tape off and lifting the toilet seats, not one toilet was clean and there were no cleaning supplies so we had to purchase them to clean the bathrooms. Also there were half used rolls of toilet paper left in the bathrooms not even a full roll so from the beginning we had to purchase more toilet paper. Also there was only a half roll of paper towel in the kitchen. If this was supposed to be cleaned and prepared for 10 guests, it was not at all. Then to ask the guest to do laundry as they are leaving is not ideal especially considering we have to clean throughout our stay and had to come in the door cleaning. With this being my first experience with this, I will definitely stick to resorts and hotels.

Wonderful Property

Had a wonderful stay at this property - great location, loads of space, nicely decorated and everything you need within the house. The outdoor area is the perfect space for lounging - we did not have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature, not too hot and not too cold, just the right temperature to cool down. Communication with the owners was great, we had a little problem with the air con, which was fixed within a matter of hours. Overall a very enjoyable experience for the while of our party

Stay enjoyable but property cleanliness not there beat

Stayed at Champions gate numerous years in the past. Listing said a new build which possibly was but cleanliness was not top on the list for sure. Down stairs master bath had a strong urine odor and over all the house was not cleaned well. I am guessing that they only preform a very fast surface cleaning of anything. I feel the cleaning fee is pretty significant and yet you are still responsible for pretty much al the linens and towels as well as cleaning before you leave. With that said they should be able to do a much better cleaning job. The house was very nice and the pool heat and spa were a great temperature which has been an issue at other places we’ve stayed. Overall not sure we would ever stay at Champions gate again. The clubhouse has very stringent rules which have become worse over the years. Doesn’t really make a visit there enjoyable. But the private pool and spa where a great amenity ;-)

Florida Getaway

The property was very clean and well maintained. The binder with all the info was accessible and appreciated. The bedrooms were spacious and having all the bathrooms ( 4 1/2 ) was a big plus. The laundry room was convenient and well supplied with detergent and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, coffee maker, and everything was right there. We had plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. I was very pleased with the house. It was close to Disneyworld and retail shopping.

Incredible Stay!

This was our 3rd stay at this property, and our stay was just as incredible this time as our previous trips! The house feels so welcoming, and is like a home away from home. Every time we stay, there are little improvements that were made. This time, there was a giant connect 4 in the garage, that my kids (7 and 10) really enjoyed. There is a brand new Publix not far away, making buying groceries very convenient. Catherine is super responsive, and is so very helpful before and during your stay. This is now our "go to" when we travel to Orlando. We can't wait for our stay in 2023!

This is out 3rd time taking vacation to Florida but our first in this home!! I can tell you that if you choose this home you will be totally blown away! From the day we checked in till the day we checked out we loved every minute of this house.. The owner Catherine was super helpful from booking the house to check in and was alway very quick to respond. I think we we left this house today we all cried a little.. You will not find a home this clean and stocked with everything you will need.. we will be back!!

This property was a great base for our family holiday to Disney. We were a group of 5 in total and the house suited our needs well. Although it is about a 20 min taxi ( depending on traffic) from all of Disney you do not feel like you are far away, and it was nice to be in a quieter area after such busy days. We used the oasis club on a couple of occasions for the pool and for food and drinks. The food was very well priced and excellent when comparing it to some of the larger chains outside of champions gate Do not be fooled by the size of champions gate, as a resort area it’s huge more like it’s own town but there is a free shuttle bus that we found accidentally that takes you around if needed although this house is close enough to the oasis Club to walk There is also a supermarket close by, a new Publix about a 15 minute walk although we discovered that they deliver for free which was great for us as we didn’t have a hire car. The house itself was well equipped and mostly clean and we will definitely return. We used the games room on our rest days away from the parks as the morning sun was around the front. We didn’t have any bother with neighbours or noise etc. Catherine was brilliant to communicate with in advance of our stay and during. We had a great fortnights weather and we’re glad we hadn’t heated the pool as it was pleasantly warm all day due to the south facing position and the all day sun. I would definitely recommend this property
