My husband and I shared this house with another couple from January 31st until March 13th. It is great for two couples. There are two master suites both with king beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans.The house is as pictured. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately. The management company was very helpful and attentive. The location of the house is also good. It is a few minutes from Disney and Hwy 192. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and highways are close and easy to get to. We did not use the pool as the weather was cool and we chose not to heat. We did enjoy sitting outside around the pool. There were areas of sun for tanning and enough shade to get out of the sun when desired. We were very happy with this house and our stay. House is located close to all Disney attractions.Unfortunately the rental is dated and is quite literally the house only. Kitchen pots, pans and utensils are past due. Beds were hard as a rock and pillows were basically trash. Ceiling fans squeaked, grout cracking on floors.Many uninvited visitors... cockroaches in the games room and in the living room(Game room was unused due to the reoccurring bug issues). Exterminator was sent quickly when the issue was brought up but the bugs remained an issue.Wifi was excellent and tvs in all rooms was a nice feature.Pool was in good working order but pool deck was dirty and needs some upkeep.Thankfully most of the vacation was spent outside the house at various parks.

Loved this villa from the start to end, no complaints and loved the extra touch of toilet rolls in each bathroom, washing liquid etc. You don't get that at most villas. A home from home feel, very close to the Disney, close enough for a midday break which we've never been able to do. Would recommend and hopefully stay again one day :) Thanks Michel.

Rest and Relaxation

This trip was all about relaxation for our annual 4 generation retreat and we had a fantastic time. This property offered so many things to make that possible. From the wonderful pool, comfy beds and fantastic game room. We had no need to contact the owner as everything was great and as described. From previous reviews we already knew the sliding door didn't operate properly which was not a big deal nor worth calling over, we just used the other entrances to the pool area. We definitely will rent again. This was truly another great opportunity to create memories of our 4 generations!!

Orlando visit with friends

The house was actually very nice. Had to call as soon as we arrived because we couldn't get in with the provided code. Once in we couldn't get the sliding door to the pool open. Very helpful...Karen... came and helped us quickly. The door needs work because once open it was hard to slide. The house is large and roomy. The sofa and loveseat are pretty worn and not very comfortable. The game room was fun once we found the a/c remote. The pool was nice and warm (no heating needed). Overall a pretty good stay.

Easy stay, everything was clean and orderly.

Kitchen had everything we needed except a sheet tray. Kids loved the pool, and we loved the hot tub after long days. Easy to get to parks. Only wish there were some throw blankets around for the couches.
