Parking allowed on the driveway, street parking, grass parking and sidewalk is not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces on the driveway and 2 garage spaces.

The house is located in a condominium subdivision that has a CLUB HOUSE equipped with a fitness center, tennis courts and a swimming pool.
The pool has heating, if you want to use the daily heating is $ 40
Ordering the Pool Heating Service:
Pool heat available for $40 a day + taxes (minimum 4 days). If you would like the Spa to be heated, you will need to add the pool heat to your reservation. Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool. Also, pool heating should be hired prior to guest arrival. If it is ordered after check-in, a $50 connection fee will be charged.
The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The spillover spa is attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit.
Jacuzzi jets have no pressure for hydromassage, they are only for water circulation.
In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80’s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.
The jacuzzi jets do not have pressure for hydromassage, they are only for water circulation.
– BBQ GRILL:
The use of the BBQ Grill is NOT included in the rental rate.
The house has a grill available for rent. That will be provided at a cost of $95 USD, and this fee will cover 1 gas refill. If interested, you need to notify us prior to arrival. If it is ordered after check-in a $50 connection fee will be charged.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
You just can park cars on the driveway, street parking is not allowed at night.
