Welcome to Whimsical Way, a modern 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa located in Reunion Resort sitting on-top of the signature Arnold Palmer Golf Course. This splendid villa is well-appointed with modern interior furnishings, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and fun-filled amenities for the ultimate vacation experience. Only a few miles from Walt Disney World® Resort and Orlando's finest attractions, Whimsical Way provides the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation for your dream vacation!

As you walk in, you will enter into a beautifully designed open floor plan. With a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, the cooks of the family will find everything they need to prepare their favorite home-cooked meals. The formal dining room table provides seating for 8, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. This will be the perfect space for all to gather for your family meals. Get comfortable on the cozy sectional sofa in the living room and watch a movie. The social area is designed for relaxed gatherings and conversations. It features 4 contemporary, leather-style armchairs arranged in a circular layout around a sleek wooden coffee table, creating a cozy space for socializing.

Admire the beautiful outdoor views as you step out to your private patio. Soak up the sun in one of the poolside loungers and cool off with a swim in your private pool with a spillover spa. Enjoy a friendly game of in-pool basketball or even connect four under the shaded lanai. Take advantage of the Florida weather and grill out courtesy of your built-in summer-kitchen. Dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6 under the lanai. There is a newly built playground the kids can also enjoy; only a short distance away from your magical villa.

Head back inside to explore all that Whimsical Way has to offer! Head upstairs to the entertainment loft to find an Arcade Classic multi-player arcade, Pac-Man multi-arcade and a XBOX gaming console. This hangout spot is sure to provide hours of fun for everyone. For the evenings where you just want to relax, grab the popcorn and head to your private movie theater and enjoy family movie night on the 85" T.V. with surround sound.

After a day filled with adventures, retreat to comfortable bedrooms all featuring en-suites. There are two refreshing master suites to choose from, all with king-sized beds. The first is located on the ground floor for convenience and features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You will find the second master on the second floor. The suite includes an en suite bathroom with a shower, garden tub and access to the rear balcony with gorgeous views to admire. Additionally, on the second floor you can find the remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms. The Queen room features an en-suite with a combo tub shower. Walk into one of the kids bedroom where you can find a custom built queen/queen bunkbed with frozen fractals all around! Head to the final bedroom fit for all wizards and even muggles! This bedroom features 2 custom built full/full bunkbeds and even has access to the rear balcony.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
